It has made our daily tasks and goals easier, quicker, and affordable.

Pros

This software is not only affordable but able to do all the tasks we need to help our business succeed. Even in the off chance it's missing a function, I was able to contact Chase directly and their programming team was able to implement many of our suggestions to further increase how well it works for our company. The support team has been nothing but helpful, willing to take time to walk each of our employees through the process of installing, or using, the software. They pick up the phone within seconds, no 15 minute queues. They give you their phone extensions so you are able to speak to someone on a constant basis making it easier for you, and them, to get through the problem quicker. We have tried other dialing software, and nothing has compared to the ease of use, and support we have gotten from Chase. Overall it's been more than just a business transaction, it's been a partnership with Chase that we plan on using from here on out!

Cons

Once in awhile you will run into a few bugs such as disconnecting or a button not working as intended, but even in those cases the support staff is quick to pick up the phone and help/fix your problem.

Pros

My favorite thing about the dialer software is their is very little lag time between calls and the sub campaign feature really sets you target your lists. I also like the easy set-up for adding additional call reps.

Cons

Nothing at this time. If I have a problem it is fixed in a timely manner.

Cons

Running on Silverlight is a bit clunky. Microsoft it's end of light in 2012! Also it will not run on Linux platforms. outside the browser.

As a business consultant and call center program developer, I have had the opportunity to compare with the many "service providers" over the years and always recommend Chasedata to my clients and personally used their technology for my own call center solutions. Ahmed and his crew offer the personal touch that larger providers can never come close too. Their interface is very user friendly and they are always improving features that make my job alot easier.

I've been using this system for about a year now and can say after a full years cycle the benefits of this dialing system far out weigh any others I had reviewed. Extremely easy to tailor and customize every campaign to each agents specific skill set. The customer service and live help chat have been phenomenal with literally 60 second or less response time. Whole system was an easy setup with in a hour or to switched and up and running making the process less intimidating to switch over to this power station system.

I would only switch a bit of the features on the dashboard. They are good, I just would prefer a little more flexibility.

So far we have had a relatively good experience with Chase Data. We have had a few issues with our system due to wrong instructions, but all have been fixed. The numbers are generally given to us in a timely manner. We do have problems getting through to the help line quite often, however. There are different cruise promotions and surveys we often have to fill out in order to get to customer service.

You had commented that in order to get to customer service that you would have to take a cruise survey. I can assure you that is not true as we are not associated in any way with any type of promotion. In fact if you call now at our customer service line at 888.739.8218 you will find this to be the case.

I was hesitant to transfer service and move onto this platform at first, but after the past 3 months of results we have seen it's value five-fold. Month to month renewal allows for my small business to only use the licenses and minutes I need during that month which gives us the greatest impact to our bottom line. Service is consistent as is the dialer itself. We have experienced limited interruptions with our dialer thus far and when there has been an issue it has been pretty quick to be resolved.

This is now the second company I've worked at that uses ChaseData's system and my experience from product to customer service has always been phenomenal. It's always good when a product works as it is designed but nothing in this world is 100% perfect and if an issue arises, their staff is always on top of it. I can say with confidence "their is no equal to this company and product".

We were a user of this product when it was clunky and glitchy. It's gotten a lot better in the last couple years. The issue is customer service. Sometimes the phone rings 20 times. No one seems to be in charge and no one has an answer. Their pricing is reasonable and the software, while under-featured vs. the competition is adequate.

As far as customer service goes, Mr. Dan Cleary has always been tremendously responsive, giving me personal attention any time I needed to deal with anything (which is not often!). That's definitely above and beyond, and it is much appreciated.

One phrase to describe this product( world best kept secret). I love the interface, the custom reporting and so many other helpful features as creating sub campaign within a campaign and working different campaigns simultaneously. I enjoy talking to all of the employees there, they know the product and always happy to answer any questions or short train on anything even after work hours.

This program is easy to use. I have representatives that have next to no computer experience and they are able to catch onto this program very easily. If we do have any problems, the Customer Service/ Tech Department helps us in every way possible, even remote accessing the computer and solving it for us. Unlike the other companies that claim that they don't go down, Chase really doesn't have any downtime. You can always reach a support person to address your questions and concerns.
