I've used several versions of dialers over the years. From expensive hardware based systems to cloud based dialers. Chase Data by far has the most user friendly, versatile platform I have come across. They're customer service reps are friendly and experienced and have walked me through several of the features till I had felt comfortable with the platform.

The chase data corp employees are friendly, helpful and we're always able to fix my issues. Whenever I had a question Chris and Danielle would quickly connect me to Guillermo who helped me answer any questions. He is kind, patient and explains everything with ease and from an expert stand point. I will definitely work with Chase in the future.

I got nothing. This product like all has some parts that require a learning curve but once you get it-YOU GET IT!

The simplicity of this dialer is unbelievable! I've been a customer of OPC Marketing by Spitfire for 5 years and I will never return to them after being enlighted by Chase Data. You guys really did your homework when you created such a remarkable product. Every aspect from call quality to the schedule was well thought out and you guys went above and beyond. I look forward to dealing with you guys for many years to come. Thank you

Once in a while you have to log off and lower the agents mic, but otherwise I have no other complaints at all.

There is a way to essentially personalize almost anything you would ever want to in order to fit your business needs.

Cons

Every once in a while we have server issues, but they are typically fixed very quickly.

User friendly and very easy to get tech support online to help out with any questions or concerns. The product is fast and very responsive to your needs for your business.

Cons

Haven't gotten the phone app as of yet. There isn't much not to like about this company. I have tried others and it is hard to find a lot of legitimate dislikes.

This software provides extensive reporting and analytics which is crucial to have for any call center. ChaseData call center represents predictive dialer for outbound calls with the option to receive inbound calls. Compared to Five9, ChaseData is easier to use (from the agent's point of view).
