June 7, 2026 5.0 This app is a great valve for the functionality it provides! The app is simple to use and super easy to install. At first, just like any new app it may seem intense, but the app allows you to select and configure all the settings you will need to run a great search tool on your site. I moved away from this app and chose another competitor and regretted it immediately. The flexibility and capabilities of this app speaks for itself! Love the way it simply indexes your store products and catalogs. I use this app frequently and update my settings often. Also this app works super fast on my store and I have over 125,000 products. The support staff is another reason why I switched back. Their support team is on it, and they usually get things resolved on the first try. Love this app and would recommend it to anyone! I would love it if they added a design feature for the search bar but I understand why that's not a priority feature at the moment. Pros This app is a great valve for the functionality it provides! I hope it continues as our store grows. Pros I've been using Searchanise on my big commerce store for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for the search functionalities. The default search on BC was just wasn’t cutting it—customers couldn’t find half the stuff they were looking for, even when it was right there in the store. It has the ability to pick up spelling errors. It's a much more accurate in its findings than the default for BC. 3 ways to summarize: Fast, smart autocomplete suggestions, Easy setup and customization, more conversions. Cons Limited features on the free plan. I will review back after a year and see if I have any other cons.
