Cons There isn't much to dislike about Searchanise. Everything we hope for from a search feature has been delivered, so thank you! Pros The plugin works out the box with very little required to set up, although it does have a lot of intricate settings and functions too if you want to really get stuck in and customise how it works for your website. Within minutes our search bar was transformed into a detailed search feature with product and category suggestions, similar products, even picking up on potential spelling errors. From the moment this was installed, our customers were searching in more more detailed ways and able to find whole categories or product types without clicking through the menu or hoping for the best. The default Woocommerce search function is not great so a plugin feels quite imperative. To date, Searchanise has been the best all-in-one and we don't plan to stop using it any time soon! From the analytics it provides, you can also see what people are typing in search which helps a lot with keyword analysis. Cons I can't think of any negative points about the plugin as there have been no errors, no requirement to contact customer service and we've been using this quite happily for at least a year now with no issue. During set up process their support was great. I hope it continues as our store grows. Pros I've been using Searchanise on my big commerce store for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for the search functionalities. The default search on BC was just wasn’t cutting it—customers couldn’t find half the stuff they were looking for, even when it was right there in the store. It has the ability to pick up spelling errors. It's a much more accurate in its findings than the default for BC. 3 ways to summarize: Fast, smart autocomplete suggestions, Easy setup and customization, more conversions.
