I love Searchanise. From the very beginning they have been great when it comes to helping me understand and implement the product on my website. It has made my customers stay longer when my drop rate was very high before using them. I will continue to use them as long as I have a webstore.

Pros

Everything! The customer service is outstanding and I love the fact the more you use the product, the more it benefits my customers.

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about this product.

Allows flexibility for what you need and very easy to use and setup! This is the only app that could provide what I needed!

Pros

They provided options that worked for my website that is a little more complex in terms of needs related to Seach functions. Also, very easy to use and setup!

Cons

I cant say anything bad, this was the only app that provided the solution I needed and its also at a very fair price!

Very positive - I am pleasantly surprised and how much this app has to offer, there is way more to it than I thought before starting the free trial. I am thrilled to switch to Searchanise for our store.

Pros

Quick response to set up queries and the extent of customization available

Cons

Wish more customization would be available to do ourselves instead of opening a ticket for each request but since the response time is quick, it isn\`t that big of a deal.

Overall great app with flexible features to be able to adapt any kind of website.

Pros

1- Customizing the dictionary according to our specific niche. 2- Having collection pages with their Search Result template. 3- Search Result customization with dynamic FAQ, meta fields etc. 4- Being able to customize Search weight strategy!

Cons

Nothing, it is a great app with no complaints, none whatsoever.

Searchanise allowed me to save a lot of time when adding a powerful search feature to a woocommerce site. Before that I had planned to do it myself - which I could have - but for the cost it made much more sense to just drop it in and move on.

Pros

A simple, yet powerful, solution to adding search to a woocommerce site.

Cons

Not a huge issue, but our licence was a lifetime-deal and it was limited to one domain only and, apparently, could never be changed, although I've never asked directly if they would.

Searchanise is a streamlined approach to filtering options for our E-commerce site. The interface and features are user-friendly and the customer support team is very helpful.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve to understand the ins and out of implementing the app.
