Pros

CertifID has proven to be an invaluable tool for secure transactions for our company, especially with its ability to verify identity, wire instructions, and confirm payoff statements. The added layer of security, with quick responses, offers us peace of mind. The informational webinars are an excellent resource for staying updated on best practices and industry trends. Our representative, Samantha, stands out with her responsiveness and knowledge. She will find it for us if she doesn't have the answer.

Cons

The inability for a customer to access a request while connected to a VPN or corporate firewall.

This is how stupid this company is. They won't wire to my company because it doesn't have a website. Gee, let me go out and create a fake website and then I can have money wired to me. Sounds like a deep security measure.

It has been great from onboarding, setup, training and rollout. Users don't complain about any extra hassle, and their support is top notch.

Pros

Its simple and user friendly. The continuous improvement to the product and their offerings makes it a no brainer when it comes to wire fraud prevention and identity verification.

Cons

Cost, but you get what you pay for. I've used other solutions and those companies charged less, and provided less from their product. They are also no longer around.

Platform is easy to use with integrations directly into our software, allowing automatic transcription of info & file retrieval from clients.

Cons

Currently the platform does not show the underlying reason for client failures, chatting with support is somewhat inconvenient to retrieve this info.

Pros

CertifID has the best team of people always ready to assist! You are not just a number with CertifID. Their smallest title agent is just as important as their largest one! Also, the amount of education they provide is invaluable to all our staff members

Not one that I can think of! If any issues ever arise, the CertifID team is always there to jump in and solve them!

No other title company in our area uses CertifID or anything like it. In this day and time, combating wire fraud is very important in our industry. It helps set us apart and protect our clients.

Only con I have is it not being fully integrated in SoftPro.

Pleased with the experience. CertifID professionals are helpful and responsive.

Pros

It is so secure and easy to use. The $1M in coverage per wire is better than any insurance policy we could get on our own would provide. Provides peace of mind when wiring large sums.

Cons

The new pricing structure where you have to pay per payoff protect transaction is very different from the unlimited payoff protect transactions that was sold to us the first year. It's still a good value and worthwhile service, though.
