Users don't complain about any extra hassle, and their support is top notch. Pros Its simple and user friendly. The continuous improvement to the product and their offerings makes it a no brainer when it comes to wire fraud prevention and identity verification. Cons Cost, but you get what you pay for. I've used other solutions and those companies charged less, and provided less from their product. They are also no longer around. CertifID professionals are helpful and responsive. Pros It is so secure and easy to use. The $1M in coverage per wire is better than any insurance policy we could get on our own would provide. Provides peace of mind when wiring large sums. Cons The new pricing structure where you have to pay per payoff protect transaction is very different from the unlimited payoff protect transactions that was sold to us the first year. It's still a good value and worthwhile service, though.
