Cons Currently the platform does not show the underlying reason for client failures, chatting with support is somewhat inconvenient to retrieve this info. The people and their products are the best in the industry! Pros CertifID has the best team of people always ready to assist! You are not just a number with CertifID. Their smallest title agent is just as important as their largest one! Also, the amount of education they provide is invaluable to all our staff members Cons Not one that I can think of! They won't wire to my company because it doesn't have a website. Gee, let me go out and create a fake website and then I can have money wired to me. Sounds like a deep security measure. The added layer of security, with quick responses, offers us peace of mind. The informational webinars are an excellent resource for staying updated on best practices and industry trends. Our representative, Samantha, stands out with her responsiveness and knowledge. She will find it for us if she doesn't have the answer. Users don't complain about any extra hassle, and their support is top notch. Pros Its simple and user friendly. The continuous improvement to the product and their offerings makes it a no brainer when it comes to wire fraud prevention and identity verification. Cons Cost, but you get what you pay for. I've used other solutions and those companies charged less, and provided less from their product. They are also no longer around. In this day and time, combating wire fraud is very important in our industry. It helps set us apart and protect our clients. Cons Only con I have is it not being fully integrated in SoftPro. CertifID professionals are helpful and responsive. Pros It is so secure and easy to use. The $1M in coverage per wire is better than any insurance policy we could get on our own would provide. Provides peace of mind when wiring large sums. Cons The new pricing structure where you have to pay per payoff protect transaction is very different from the unlimited payoff protect transactions that was sold to us the first year. April 19, 2024 5.0 I LOVE IT!! Its worth every single penny. Pros I love that we can send our wire instructions encrypted. I love that we can collect and confirm wire instructions directly with the client and that certifID does a triple check to make sure the person who is they say they are. We also use CertifID to confirm payoff wire instructions which is super critical given that people are changing the wire instructions on payoffs where they look exactly identical to the original payoff. I LOVE CERTIFID AND YOYU WILL TOO! Cons I wish certifID had a spanish language selection for our spanish speaking clients. Review Source RS Robin S. Pros I love being able to send and verify wire instructions and that there is additional insurances in place to prevent wire fraud. Cons I wish there was more of an integration with ResWare to pull the data out from settlement lines and/or push the data into settlement lines. Cons Sometimes, a client will “fail” to be CertifID, but the error message doesn’t indicate why the person failed. Review Source LC Laura C. Cons The cost is the biggest hurdle. We would like to use the payoff certification, but since it's monthly, its hard to accurately pass the cost to the customer.
