Excellent service, prompt response, great f assistance from the entire team how would it much help the customer.

Pros

Supportive staff ,finding a solution to solve the issue, goes extra mile out of the box thinking to open the door for the customer .

Cons

Even though we are independent MLO’s it be great to have quarterly in house meetings . I know zoom has taken our lives easier and convent but to have quarterly or semi quarterly meetings will flourish new ideas . That is what the most i personally miss .
