"eSilentPartner"

**Overall:** My overall experience with eSP has been positive.

**Pros:** The ability to write SQL reports in order to get the information that is required to provide insightful analysis.The customer service/support is outstanding!

**Cons:** I've received complaints from internal resources that they don't like the interface and they find the project management tool lacking.eSP has some quirks but the support team is quick to look into it and provide solutions.Training manuals are not fluid.

"Robust feature set"

**Pros:** There’s a lot you can do in eSilentPartner in terms of resource planning and reporting. Certainly helps manage a team and their assignments.

**Cons:** It looked outdated and was a little clunky. It had a lot of capabilities but the team didn’t like it because of how old it looked.
