Night express is easy to use. Provides day/mth end results to assist the user in many ways. Reporting galore.

Pros

1\. Stability 2. Ease of use. 3. Excellent flexibility with ,loads of functions. 4. Pleasant look and feel.

Cons

None whilst I had been supporting the software for over 5 years.

Pros

This product works well with many other management software. Easy to use on multiple pc's, allowing for accurate invoicing of activities & services.

Cons

No cons that I have seen. As with any new product, there is a learning curve but after developing an understanding for the program it was a breeze.

It makes my job as guesthouse manager easier especially with my month end reports. I can complete my reports with our hassle.

Pros

When I started using the program I was given no training at all. It was not to difficult to figure out the basics.

Cons

If I need to enter a reservation from the past "to back date" I am unable to. It will be really helpful if this was an option.

Since Version 1.8 a function to backdate a booking has been implemented. Hence it is important to always refer to release notes and update to the latest releases when made available.

Pros

Works well with any channel manager. Ease of use, multiple pc's, invoicing of activities & services. Can extract accurate reports and controls.

Cons

Learning the system can be time-consuming as is updating the system information. Sometimes has a bug on deposit payments.
