(Wenn ich eine Buchung bearbeiten möchte, könnte das per Doppelklick gelöst werden) •Wenn ich zur nächsten Person oder Monat springe, geht das Scrollen im oberen Bereich nicht mehr, man muss dann rechts den Balken schieben. •Man kann sich die AZ-Profile nicht in der Übersicht anschauen, weil die Bezeichnung „abgeschnitten“ erscheint – drucken geht leider auch nicht? •Allgemein ist das Layout nicht übersichtlich – wichtige Daten sind nicht groß und fett, teilweise klein und orange! •Die Eingabe von Zeiten ist sehr unpraktisch Pros nichts Cons Bedienung: •Die automatische Profilerkennung ist miserabel gelöst – man kann nicht einmal Kommen- und Gehen-Zeiten eingeben! •Man kann das OPTIONALE (!!!) It's nice to not have to manually add hours to jobs on the back-end. Pros I work in restoration, so our crews visit 3-4 job sites daily. Econz makes it easy for them to track their hours from the field. They simply clock out of one job when leaving a job site, and then clock into another job. This allows us to track the hours down to the minute for job costs/invoicing. It is pretty easy to adjust punches when needed, except in the case that they forgot to clock in at all, in which case adjusting the time card is difficult. We also have a plug-in with Salesforce that allows job data to flow over to Econz so that anytime we create a new job, it shows up within moments in the Econz app for our crews. Cons I wish that Econz automatically calculated overtime based on states' payroll laws. It will tell you how many hours were worked in a week, but it doesn't recognize overtime mandates. For instance, if someone worked 13 hours in Colorado one day, and 8 hours the next three days, the time card would say 37 hours. However, Colorado payroll law mandates that any time someone works over 12 hours in a day, the remaining time that day is overtime. Thus, they should be getting 36 hours of regular pay, and 1 hour of overtime pay. I just wish it flagged things like this because it would make payroll for 20+ hourly employees a lot easier. The mobile version is useful, so that you can keep track of your clocking in and out. Cons The colors and icons look a little cheap, and there are also some bugs. The software randomly shuts down on my phone. But I suppose it could be my phone.
