Comments: We have built our Customer Reference Program from the ground up with BoulderLogic as our solution. Our request workflow is kicked off from the Salesforce Opportunity record and this helps with our reporting process.

We have had great user adoption of the solution, keeping up with the growth of our sales team and overall volume. The administrative interface is deep, giving us as much or as little control over the process and information displayed as we want.

The sales team finds the solution helpful but does need training to get it up and running. Once they have seen the tool, it all makes sense.

We are also able to track many different types of activities using BoulderLogic; everything from public content like case studies and speaking engagements, to the traditional customer reference meeting. Each has it's own structure in terms of leeway dates, point value, approval workflow, etc.

I have run our BL plant for 3 years with have 1,000+ references and 10,000+ registered end users.

Comments: We've been using Boulder Logic since 2006 to manage our Customer Reference information. Boulder Logic Reference Manager allows us to track all of our important information in one central location ¿ from Reference activity to points earned. We have seen improvements in sales performance due to Boulder Logic and the support that we receive is top notch. We are delighted overall with our partnership with Boulder Logic.

Comments: We're a relatively new user of Boulder Logic Reference Manager¿ but we can already say that the customer service has been amazing and to the point that we view Boulder Logic way more as a partner than a vendor. As a platform for the management of our Customer Reference Program, Boulder Logic Reference Manager is an amazing solution that continues to allow us to build and scale a highly successful program. We are delighted overall with our partnership with Boulder Logic

So far so good. Implementation and support have been excellent.

Comments: Rated a 4 as we are in our very early stages of the BL roll-out so value and user's experience is TBD. We integrated with SF.com and are working through the lifecycle and administrative features. We are very happy with the partnership so far and appreciate the service we are getting. Kristi White is our Program Manager and she is excellent. She makes us feel that our questions are valid and interesting even thought she has likely heard them many times before. Kristi is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and really makes an effort to know your business to understand the drivers behind decisions and processes.

Comments: I¿ve had the pleasure to use Boulder Logic at two different companies with very different industry focuses and client characteristics. My former employer had thousands of reference clients and used a self-service approach. Today I am thrilled to be the Director of the Client Success Program at the largest provider of healthcare IT solutions and services where we use a modified concierge approach and have 100+ extremely large reference clients. Boulder Logic¿s application is flexible and sophisticated. I consider it an essential tool to help increase sales and enhance our marketing through client references. In the future I plan to expand the reference program at TriZetto into another market segment that has hundreds of thousands of clients and I am confident Boulder Logic will continue to be able to support my needs. Not only is the application great but so are the people. I have always received excellent customer support from the entire Boulder Logic team!

Comments: Boulder Logic has built an easy to use tool to manage customer references within Salesforce. The interface is easy to understand and manage. There could be more configuration control passed down to the administrators, but fortunately they have an excellent customer service team that works effectively at getting our needs met in a timely manner.

Comments: I've known the Boulder Logic team almost since the inception of the company and have watched it grow up over the past decade-plus. Getting a customer reference management system in place is a critical lynchpin for any Customer Marketing program, and Boulder Logic delivers the core components that are needed. The solution can be configured very easily and quickly, with the ability to add new features and integrate changes afterwards.
In terms of the ongoing relationship, Boulder Logic does not "cut and run" after the initial deployment but works throughout the life of the contract to ensure successful utilization of the solution. This includes ongoing functionality changes and additions that enhance the value of the solution. In particular, the monthly status meetings with the Boulder Logic Customer Success team have proven very effective; we cover everything from basic tactical issues all the way to strategic initiatives that we would like to tackle in the future. It is a pleasure to work with a solution provider like Boulder Logic.
