### "Great visual builder with slow support"

May 4, 2025

4.0

I’m still in the process of building my website on Tilda, so my experience is limited. So far, the platform gives a good impression in terms of design capabilities and layout flexibility. However, the lack of fast customer support and more detailed instructions makes it harder to move forward quickly. A quicker way to reach out to the support team would make a big difference.

Pros

Tilda Publishing offers a beautiful, modern visual editor and a variety of ready-made templates that let you create a website without coding knowledge. The interface is intuitive, especially for users who want to build and customize their site on their own. It's great that you can upload custom fonts, manage responsiveness, and optimize for SEO. Integration with external services is also well thought out, allowing smooth connection with tools like payment systems, email marketing platforms, or analytics.

Cons

The support team takes a long time to respond, and there is no option to call them like on some other platforms. Sometimes it’s hard to figure things out, and the documentation doesn't always provide answers to my specific questions. This can slow down the process for beginners.

### "Great service, highly recommended"

October 3, 2025

5.0

Customer service is very fast, professional and problem solving oriented. Overall we are very satisfied with Tilda and will continue to make websites for our customers that are very satisfied with our work

Pros

Tilda makes web design simple and stylish. With ready made blocks and Zero for custom design, strong SEO tools, and smooth responsiveness, it’s perfect for building fast, modern sites without coding hassle.

Cons

Restrictions on page count and storage space can be a drawback, websites with extensive content or large media libraries may quickly hit those caps.

### "Fantastic Website Builder and Hosting for a great price!"

April 14, 2025

5.0

Overall it has been absolutely fantastic. I built my website in just 1 day and continue to grow it all of the time. I love that it is protected by Cloudflare, and how responsive the support team are. I have recently linked stripe payments and have started taking payments over the platform.

Pros

Its ease of use - how quickly you can create beautiful websites! I have also had to contact the support team a few times for some more complex configurations and they have been wonderful!

Cons

There are some features which require you to contact support. One example is the ability to restore your site from a backup. This is unlikely to be required by 99% of customers, so I acknowledge that my use case is unique. In saying this Tilda's support team have always been responsive and are able to resolve my problem on the first response.

### "Great Service - Simple, Professional, Just Works."

October 3, 2025

5.0

Very good - the service works, it is easy to use, and support has been amazing when needed (which has been rare). Overall very pleased with Tilda and recommend clean alternative to Wordpress or Wix.

Pros

Simplicity - nice professional and clean layout templates - the ability to build your own blocks quickly for custom layouts when needed. Support has been amazing on the rare occasions I have needed it. As a small business with a few products Tilda is a great fit for managing a few websites with ease.

Cons

Some pre-build template sections are very close to what I am looking for - but missing some controls that you wish were there. So you end up building your own block (which takes time). The CRM functionality is not really "CRM" - small business need more than what they provide - best to not call it CRM ... more like a "list capture" of contacts that can be moved around to other systems.

### "An overall happy user"

October 20, 2025

4.0

Tilda is great for beginners like me who need a simple solution and a place to make a home page that does not take ages to make. It is usually very easily manageable and a good solution for smaller businesses!

Pros

Tilda is quite easy to use and I do not need to think too much about programming, domains etc. It has until now been easy to write captions, do designs and make changes.

Cons

I just edited the website for the first time in years and now I need to make some extra changes in domains area. This is a bit uncomfortable for me since it takes extra time and effort and is not such an easy solution to solve. I would have loved a bit more help from Tilda on this case.

I love the platform. I have used it to build wesites for my clients and I am now using it for my own wesite.

Pros

It's user friendly and if issues arise the support team sorts it out quickly. You don't need wesite building experience or coding to use Tilda.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. I think that Tilda is a good platform to use if you want to uild your website quickly.

The customer support couldn't help me with some of the technical issues I had and they wanted me to manually correct it because there wasn't a backup. And it's not very user friendly for someone who doesn't do this on a daily basis. And I'm not sure aout the option I had to choose above

### "My Experience with Tilda: Creative Freedom Without Limits"

February 4, 2025

5.0

Using Tilda is an experience that completely exceeds my expectations. With its tools and support, I feel empowered and inspired in every project. I honestly wish more people would discover what an amazing tool Tilda is for web design!

Pros

It's hard to pick what I like the most—I love everything! At the top of my list is the excellent user experience—its clarity, intuitiveness, and ease of navigation. Then, there's the truly vast selection of templates that could surprise even the most demanding users. Using Tilda’s templates doesn’t require advanced computer literacy, and needless to say, no coding knowledge is needed at all. Zero Block gives me complete design freedom, while the pre-made blocks are perfect for quickly assembling pages without compromising quality. I feel like I have full control over every detail without having to worry about technical obstacles. It allows me to focus entirely on what I love—design and aesthetics. Simply following Tilda’s YouTube channel is enough to master web design skills through its excellent tutorials. For any doubts or uncertainties, the Tilda Support Team responds in the shortest time possible—very often in less than two hours, which I find outstanding. On top of that, they are incredibly kind, clear, and precise in their help and advice. Saying that I’m thrilled with Tilda would be an understatement!

Cons

Since I've been using Tilda for a year now, I believe I have the credibility to say that I simply can't name anything that doesn't work for me or that I don't like. Everything is purposeful, well-thought-out, and helpful. I would perhaps like to see more tutorials on more complex animations in Zero Block, but I believe that’s already in the works… :)

### "Tilda a decent alternative at a great price"

October 16, 2025

Its been good their customer service is amazing and super prompt, and they are always there to support and assist with whatever I need done.

Pros

Tilda's Value for money is definitely one of the best in the market. It works for what my current needs are.

Cons

it takes a while for the website to publish and some components can feel 'Janky' ie: the animation has moments where it is difficult to get sizing and movement correct. The AI component isn't the best.

It's been great! I was converted from Wordpress some five years ago after data crash, and honestly, I've never looked back!

Pros

It is very easy to go about, very intuitive, and the customer support is ace! Also, it is highly customisable.

Cons

The pricing perhaps? I would rather it had been somewhat lesser. I do like it very much, but it does pinch the pocket.

### "Easy to use for non-developers"

April 3, 2025

5.0

I started using Tild Publishing after researching a few options to create a website-like portfolio. Tilda was my choice because it gave me the sensation I could do it myself after learning a bit about the platform. After a couple of weeks working on it I found mt way around the tool and was able to create the website the way I wanted.

Pros

It's easy to use and there's a lot of supporting content to help. Also, the support is fast

Cons

It took me a little time to understand it, and there wasn't an option to customize a few blocks, so I had to work around it. Also adapting the zero block to responsive wasn't so easy. The vector tool is bugged.

Pros

The customer support!!! New to Tilda (and very familiar with Squarespace) it was hard for me to get my head around a different layout and ways but the excellent and immediate support - even over Easter break - made it easy.

Cons

### "Tilda is a great alternative to Webflow for indie web creators."

September 16, 2024

4.0

Very good. Perfect for creating content.

Pros

The price is awesome, if you want to try or experiment creating websites, it is the best option by far. The number of pages in the more basic plan is 1.000 which is great and provides a lot of room for content and ideas. And the editor is very very flexible. The modules provided are a lot and very well designed. And it's possible to create your owns super easily.

Cons

There's no CMS. And if you personalize one module, the responsiveness is lost and it's needed to be adjusted everytime you change the size of the content in that module. But for me the flexibility and overall quality compensates a lot this. I'd like a better designed UX/IU. It's not bad, but it's a little bit behind.

### "My First Experience with Tilda Publishing is Easy, Efficient, and Impressive"

July 29, 2024

5.0

My overall experience with Tilda Publishing has been very positive. The platform is easy to use and made the design process smooth and enjoyable. I found it intuitive and efficient for my needs. However, I wish the free trial included access to more features, like data collection. Overall, Tilda has been a great tool for my projects.

Pros

What I liked most about Tilda Publishing is how easy and efficient it is, even for someone new like me. I was able to create a landing page from scratch in just one and a half hours because of the intuitive interface and real-time editing, which makes changes quick and easy. The Responsive feature is really helpful because it ensures my landing pages look great on any device, perfect for users who don’t know much about making sites responsive. This saves a lot of time and effort. The Activity Dashboard also helps keep me organized by tracking my projects.

Cons

What I liked least about Tilda Publishing was the limitation in the free trial regarding data collection services. It would have been nice to try out the data collection features before committing to a paid plan. Having access to these features during the trial would help new users understand and make better use of them.

### "Easy to use and well integrated platform"

July 15, 2024

5.0

Great. My only obstacle is my own speed of learning as this is not my main role.

Pros

1) once I discovered the full feature set: the combination of Website builder, News (blog) engine, Email campaign builder. 2) built in CRM and form data capturing 3) resources: icon sets, tilda font, unsplash images 4) larger social sharing option set than most competitors 5) the separation of content from styling - and the fine tuning that can be done with the latter. 6) Font management

Cons

No complaints about the platforms. Perhaps more attention and/or some additional features available for the blogging engine.

Reason for choosing Tilda

I found the business package that includes 5 sites to be a very good deal - and easy for me to switch between sites.

### "Flexible and powerful"

August 29, 2018

5.0

We started using Tilda for internal presentations in our app development agency Live Typing. Once we explored the features, we realized that it's the best tool for case studies. Designers can create beautiful pages without limitations, and our developers spend their time on customer projects.

Pros

I would need a lot of time to list all Pros. I tried different editors, like Readymag and Webflow. Unfortunately, all of them require too much time, so it becomes easier to custom code things or ask a developer. Tilda is just a perfect balance, the library of predesigned blocks is huge, I think it almost 500 blocks there. Any block is flexible and configurable. It's so easy to update content for a regular manager, and designers can create amazing stuff with it. Tilda does not lock you on their platform. There is an ability to export code and save it on your costing or event integrate into your CMS via API. It's amazing how Tilda Publishing so friendly for beginners, and at the same time, you can add CSS and JS if you want. Other website constructors charge for specific features like data processing in form, but Tilda gives you everything right away (and yes you can accept forms data with your CRM, Zapier and custom scripts). There is basically one pricing plan – the difference only in quantity of websites under the account. Tilda's a tool for all levels of professionals, and I feel very powerful with it. I can create a webpage extremely fast and later constantly make it better step by step to the level when it looks like a 100% custom website created by a team of web designers and developers. Sometimes I think that Tilda does not charge enough, but I am glad about it :)

Cons

Tilda adds features very fast, so I'm afraid to put something in the cons, but for example, now it's not possible to run animation in Zero blocks as a reaction on other object interaction. But there is no tool on the market where you can do it without custom code. If Tilda makes that feature, it will be an ultimate web page constructor not only for everybody but design professionals. Another thing is responsiveness corridor for big screens, right now Tilda allows you to control this ranges of responsiveness: 0 - 320 320 - 480 480 - 640 640 - 980 980 - 1200 1200 - up And I want to have 1200 - 1600 and 1600 - up Although some people think it would be too much :)

### "DOES IT GET ANY BETTER? I DOUBT IT!"

November 19, 2016

5.0

The final destination was well worth it. Having had a trial on the well known website platforms; Squarespace, Wix, Weebly and others, I decided to spend hours and hours, months and months seeking a website builder that suits our organisation and associated businesses. Tilda was in sight but I had to trial it first in order to see if it met all our expectations and it nearly met all. We did not wait a couple of weeks before our white label trial ended, it soon became apparent that Tilda was for us. We immediately signed up for the business annual plan. A decision we have not regretted. I am hoping that Tilda will consider allowing PDF and Word documents to be uploaded as this is an essential part of our organisation. Yes, we can use third party applications, but I would like simply to be able to have the facility to upload documents so visitors can download them at their will on the same platform as our website. The other important feature that we would like to see a membership secure area. Again, we have this via a third party but not ideal. If Tilda can provide this, we would be extremely happy and would be happy to pay a Tilda developer, subject to costs, to build this for us. Pricing is really good. But we do need to purchase another business plan and highly likely several business plans, but an overall business plan that will allow us unlimited websites would be very welcomed indeed. We can then move all our websites away from sitemaker.com for good, but the costs prevent us doing this at presentl Surely, Tilda is superb, far superior to the website builders we have seen and tested. Well worth the purchase and we look forward to years of using Tilda and being part of their future progress. Well done to Tilda. I have a strong feeling that over the next couple of years, we will hear a lot about Tilda and I am confident that they will become a market leader.

Pros

Too many to mention

Cons

PDF and Word documents are not allowed to be uploaded, so these are important to most organisations and businesses nowadays. A a secure member's area would be great as well as file uploads via the online form blocks.

Libby, thank you for such detailed answer, it helps us to improve. Recently we rolled out feature to accept any file with a form submission, so now it is possible to store user files in your Dropbox or Uploadcare accounts. We understand desire yo use great Tilda's uploader for any files. Unfortunately, we're not yet ready to offer file-sharing services under the current cost. It looks like specific file-sharing services are holding that market (Dropbox, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc.) You can create secure members area with password protected pages in Tilda; also you could cover the whole website under specific login and password. Any website or a page created on Tilda suppose to be exportable, that is why we are not looking into full-featured personal cabinets. The more websites you do with Tilda, the cheaper cost of each website. There are extra plans to have many websites under one Tilda account (go to Plans and Billing under your account and expand the list)

### "Slight Improvements Would Make This Platform The Market Leader In Site Building"

December 5, 2016

4.0

Great site builder but.... Pages are in fact mini sites. So if you have many 'pages' it's going to take a whole lot of time updating the menu, because the menu tab has to be amended on each page rather than just once in a central portal. Document upload as the previous reviewer has said is a no no. In a modern world of PDF and WORD documents, a site builder that does not alllow these to be uploaded is in a way behind its competitors. Relying on Dropbox and other providers is very wrong. Everything should and must be housed within the site builder itself. Password protected pages/and or member's area is needed. The forms blocks needed to be reformatted as when they are delivered to the email in box, text is unreadable. I agree about pricing plans. Offer a discounted higher rate so the user can have many sites for one annual fee. Slight improvements would make this platform the market leader in site building.

Pros

Fully responsive and google friendly.

Cons

No facility to upload PDF and WORD documents, no member's area, menu tab should allow its updating only once and not on every single page and price plans needed to offer discounts for more pro annual accounts

### "This is not a solution for production websites"

May 25, 2020

Pros

Simple and flexible design tools. You can use standard blocks for fast prototype or flexible ZeroBlock for custom design without coding.

Cons

Their support is terrible. I had a problem with my card and they blocked my account without any notifications. 5 my websites was blocked and don't worked during compliance procedure. Cons
