It is a robust tool that allows me to maintain a regular, secure connection with my community in compliance with regulations, lifting a heavy administrative burden off my shoulders. **Pros:** What I particularly like about Constant Contact is its foolproof reliability. It is an extremely reassuring tool, notably thanks to its excellent deliverability rate: I know that my emails land directly in my recipients' inboxes and not in their spam folders. Recent updates have brought very modern and elegant layout templates. I also appreciate the built-in event management tools that allow me to handle invitations and registrations directly from the platform, which is a real plus compared to pure email tools. **Cons:** The main complaint I have about this application concerns its pricing model. Like some of its competitors, the cost is based on the total number of contacts stored in my list, and not on the volume of emails sent. If I have a large database but only communicate occasionally, the monthly bill quickly becomes very painful. Additionally, the advanced automation options (complex behavioral scenarios) remain a bit more limited and less flexible than what other specialized marketing automation platforms offer.
