### "CONSTANTLY CONTACTING"

At first, I had a designer who did all of my design and implementation for social and newsletters. He used and swore by . Then at one point it became necessary for me to do this work increasingly by myself. So, when I took over the software, I was a tad nervous at first, but it was all for not because it flowed easily within a very short time. In fact, there was little to no lag from learning new software so most of its architecture and design was very similar to a multitude of apps I had previously worked with. I breathed a sigh of relief.

Pros

Its design is simple and easy to manoeuvre and easy to use. It seems to be geared equally to newbies and individuals (like small business owners) who may not have a lot of hands-on design experience.

Cons

It can be a little slow at times. But that may also be a byproduct of the large database I have. A few times I had some challenges finding the various sites within the app, but after a bit of use, this became easier and easier.

It was good once i got comfortable using it to create my marketing materials like open house fliers.

Pros

It can send out newsletters, marketing materials, and emails to your contacts. It has a built in crm which allows you to add new clients to your database

Cons

It has an outdated template appearance which is not very customizable. It lists only a few templates to choose from.

### "2 stars no customer support"

Pros

It's intuitive to use the basics of the platform. Easy to build campaigns and make them look nice...

Cons

Their support is really lacking. The online chat NEVER works. Most of their emails aren't monitored. There's no one here to help. The phone assistance transfers you 3+ times. Not good.

### "Easy to use and a great product "

Overall, the system has been easy to use. I had a little trouble upload my previous contacts from mail chimp that the help page/support was very helpful and provided all the info needed to transfer data.

Pros

Usability is super easy and the layout if modern and fresh. The drop and add tools are easy to navigate. All the editing options make it a real "do it yourself" software that is easy to use! Completely worth the money with the way you can track engagement and keeping all your constants in one place!

Cons

I like the layout builders. They are easy to use and very straight forward. There are many options to choose from whether it be a premade, or a make your own.

I love the email formatting and design options in . It's very easy to create a professional looking email newsletter in just a few minutes.

Cons

I really like . For me, we struggle with email deliverability, so I'd like to see more features to help us get in the main inbox, cleanse lists, etc.

Pros

Using for email marketing and contact with my 2500 to 3000 client base was highly effective.

Cons

I loved the ease of creating monthly promotions for my bonafide client list. Also, the software integrated well with other platforms on social media.

Overall, is a reliable platform for us due to the straightforward way to manage email marketing. It has been very ease of use and we get to do campaigns quickly. However, as your business grows, you may start to feel the limitations in both features and pricing. It’s a great starting tool—but one that requires careful evaluation if you plan to scale your marketing efforts.

Pros

What I like the most about is how easy it is to use. It makes it very simple to create and launch email campaigns without much technical knowledge.

Cons

What I don’t like is that the platform becomes expensive as your contact list grows. In the beginning, pricing is ok but it can increase quickly and can become unaffordable for small businesses.

I think it is a great product, very afforable and provides nice discounts for our non-profit. Overall the templates are easy to use and makes keeping in contact with interested parties a breeze

Pros

I love how easy it is to send out regular emails to our members and how keeps track of my subscribers and emails so I am not sending emails to people who no longer want them.

Cons

I wish some of the email components were a little easier to move around. Sometime I would like to be able to move an entire block and I have to move pieces. Also, it would be nice if it was easier to position picture in a block. Some blocks are easy to do this with others its nearly impossible without redoing everything.

Occasionally, emails are sent to spam. We are working on getting our settings accurate, so those vital time-sensitive messages get to us FAST.

I've been using it for 14 years and will absolutely stay with it. Periodically, things change/upgrade but it really doesn't take much effort to understand the changes.

Pros

The ease of creating a flyer. The process is clean and to me user friendly. If I don't understand something, customer service is great!

Cons

It doesn't coordinate with other software of its kind. I can't receive a flyer from, for instance, Mail Chimp, I can't simply use the info intact to make a flyer.

is very user-friendly, especially for someone without a lot of design experience. The drag-and-drop editor makes building emails quick, and there are plenty of starter templates to work from. I also like how well it integrates with lists, contact management, and reporting, which helps track performance easily.

Cons

The biggest drawback for me is that doesn’t allow you to save and reuse custom content blocks across different templates and newsletters. You can save full templates, but not modular sections. Having reusable blocks would save time and keep branding consistent.

We have been using for several years and it has been a valuable tool for us! We never need customer support because it is so easy to use! The pricing is affordable for a non-profit like us and we get great emails! I also appreciate the reporting and details. I can see exactly what our readers like and respond to.

Pros

It is very user-friendly and lots of great tools. I can compose and send out an email in minutes. I can target specific groups with certain emails, add pics etc. and then get the reporting on how it was received.

Cons

I really have no complaints. It is the perfect tool and the perfect price point for our organization.

Decent email platform for a pretty small organization. Easy to customize templates and make emails look nice.

Cons

When you forward an email from to someone else, that new recipient can accidentally unsubscribe the original recipient which is really frustrating. Emails end up in spam sometimes. Need more integrations.

Amazing! covers most of our marketing communication needs with their many tools, ease of developing a campaign or email, and their customer service is there to help every step of the way when you need it.

Pros

Their customer service is amazing! Also, the flexibility, ease of use, the many templates, not just email marketing, but surveys, event registration and management, ability to test your message before it is sent, and what you get for the price is also attractive. It is overall the best for marketing emails, event registration, tracking success, managing your database of contacts, surveying, and it is easy to learn. Plus, everything is managed in one place so you can do data segmentation for targeted marketing, manage your information more effectively, run reports, and maintain the information you capture easily.

Cons

I have used for several years. There hasn't been many cons. Sometimes your emails will end up in Spam, but they do everything to try to provide suggestions to mitigate that. They have continued to invest and listen to their customers.

Pros

is a great tool for email marketing. It's a good price for what you get, especially compared to competitors.

Cons

Compared to Mailchimp, it doesn't have the same body of customizable templates and layouts. So, email campaigns can obviously be created but orgs looking for complete customization might not be able to do everything they would hope.

Pros

I liked that it was easy to navigate and had a good variety of newsletter templates to choose from. I also like that you can see the stats of your email- opening rate, etc.

Cons

I can't think of anything that I didn't about CC. I had a positive experience when I used it for a daily newsletter.

Due to the recent snafus with registration and some of our communications, I removed a star for now.

Pros

Keeping in touch with stakeholders is a must and facilitates that. Easy to use is always a plus when your plate is full.

Cons

We recently used it to register class participants. Not sure what happened, but it got confusing. Some registrants got confirmations and others didn't. Same for us. We also experienced a glitch with our contact list that caused an interruption to our account status. Are working through it.
