Everything is drag and drop and very self explanatory. We were able to completely revamp our newsletter and easily organize the lists we wanted to send it out to. Cons If you'd like to break down which users opened which link in an email that is something that we had to do manually. The templates could be a little more modern but it's worth it for the money you're paying for it. The emails look very different in different browsers so just be sure to test it before sending it out. It's a great tool and is easy to use. You can make simple newsletters or get creative. It's up to you. The editing tools are intuitive. We use it every month. Our clients like it, too. I like to see how each project is performing. Constant Contact offers analytic tools, so you can keep an eye on the number of views, opt-outs, and click throughs. I highly recommend this software. Testing it was pretty easy, getting acquainted with the features and implementing was fine. Cons I thought the user interface left a lot to be desired. Inserting HTML was easy to get your messages out and fairly user friendly too. Cons The website is very bland and out dated it seems. Also, our deliver ability was not too good either. This software allows businesses of all size to send (relatively inexpensive) communications. Most times the mail being sent will not hit spam which is great! Cons It would be great if CC had the availability for more customization in terms of their offerings. Pros It's really easy to use. It has made sending out monthly newsletters/notices an easy thing to do and all without having to use cumbersome email lists in my email app. Having it all in one place is very helpful. Pros I think this is probably one of the best in the industry. It certainly seems the most common. In that way, it delivers on all of the features you would expect. This made my small email lists relatively easy to work with and the process was very straight forward. Cons Not the least expensive marketing platform out there for a small organization. There are free or lower cost alternatives.
