The last call I made to support resulted in me informing them rather than vice versa. Pros CC is easy to use and has a high rate of inbox access. Cons I have to work in Incognito mode on the internet to have our email look normal. Otherwise, there are great gaps in the text. Owner Consumer Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "With a few small Kinks this software managed to bring in a staggering amount of new business legally" July 26, 2018 4.0 With this software I didn't run into the normal problems of implementing changes in the physical appearance of the content of my mailer and it seemed to not get caught up in spam filters like other programs that offer the same thing this company offers it and actually follows through with it. I would recommend this. Pros The automation of this software is beyond intuitive it's closer to artificial intelligence than anything. Providing crucial analytical data back to myself and my team we could reconfigure our approach to different demographics which ultimately LED in huge surges and increases in business. Cons For some reason with most of these automated mail programs the same issues tended to plague them. The double opt out feature is what I'm really talking about which is also known as the unsubscriber list. Often clunky and the only part of the whole package that wasn't intuitive as it required individual attention which raised costs in man hours. That was easily negated by the large number of business it brought in due to its strong analytics though. This is a important tool for a smaller business looking to take the next step. The user-interface and templates are good for beginners who don't want to have to hire a designer to build specialized software for sending emails. They're constantly updating their services, for example, adding text and social media marketing. Cons Like anything, even when user-friendly, there is a learning curve. They used to have a free version, but with all the new services offered, the free version looks like it is no longer available so definitely try before you buy to make sure it is the right solution. Who wants to be Constantly Contacted??? Pros The price at the time was good. It was our first software for emails, so this had a lot of wow factors for us. Cons The look in general was plastic and not dynamic. Its pricing started to exceed the benefits and emails were often flagged as spam which raised havoc in getting our message out and then having to petition to have us white listed. Importing and exporting lists is also very straight forward! For the money, the dashboard metrics are great. Cons Some of the templates can be difficult to edit. Emails don't always appear in the inbox as the do when building them. Support is very basic and can't always answer my questions. Any time I thought, "wouldn't it be great if I could do X with this program", I would look it up in the help section, and more often than not, that feature existed. I enjoy working with it. Pros It is so easy to use. When I first started using it, a colleague showed me the basics and everything else I was able to figure out just by using it more. And when I needed help with something, a quick search in the help forum or a chat with tech support resolved the issue on the spot. Cons I have no real cons to report. Sometimes when typing text, a weird glitch happens and the cursor will move and the text appears in a different place, or text disappears on me while typing. Pros Easy to use, synced with internal database easily, and gave us great analysis and reporting on our emails. Cons Overtime we were looking to do more with testing different versions of emails. For example, a software that could send an email with two different subject lines or body content and then see if one was performing better than another before sending out another wave of the same email. This software was still really great - has so much to offer, easy to use, and perhaps it has already expanded on what it offers. I love that I can easily add new contacts and create groups. Additionally, the email templates are great and make staying in touch with my contacts easy and affordable. My only complaint is that I would like more features for managing my contact lists (e.g., the ability to add notes to individual contacts). The analytics are pretty standard but helpful. I haven't noticed a lot of outages either. Cons The site is sometimes glitchy. Not a huge deal, but sometimes it is annoying. For example: a few months back when selecting lists for emails, it would preselect the email list you used for the previous campaign so you'd have to physically uncheck that email list or the campaign would go out to the wrong list. Cons The interface looks a bit dated, and there's not ability to incorporate video or gifs. The site freezes at times when creating a campaign. Cons Prepare to require training. If you or your staff have never conducted communications of this magnitude, make sure you allocate time to learn the system and use it fully, otherwise you will find yourself spending considerable money to use a platform for such simple use cases that other tools might have served you well at a much lower price point.
