I give it 5 stars for the overall experience. I rarely have any issues when I use it to add contacts or send emails.

Pros

I really enjoy how user-friendly it is and that multiple people on my team can add and edit emails without a lot of training. I also enjoy that it integrates with Donor Perfect

Cons

Sometimes adding multimedia can be a little burdensome with the formatting. For example, I'll add an image, but not be able to resize or move it where I want.

Pros

Les modèles sont variés et simples à personnaliser, ce qui me permet de créer des emails professionnels sans perdre de temps. selon mes remarques le tableau de bord est clair et les statistiques sur les ouvertures ou les clics sont très utiles pour améliorer mes campagnes . L’intégration avec d’autres outils comme WordPress ou les réseaux sociaux rend aussi la gestion plus fluide.

Cons

Les tarifs augmentent assez vite quand la liste de contacts grandit ce qui normal . Certaines automatisations restent limitées, et j’aimerais parfois plus de liberté dans la personnalisation des modèles.

### "Easy to use and a great product "

Overall, the system has been easy to use. I had a little trouble upload my previous contacts from mail chimp that the help page/support was very helpful and provided all the info needed to transfer data.

Pros

Usability is super easy and the layout if modern and fresh. The drop and add tools are easy to navigate. All the editing options make it a real "do it yourself" software that is easy to use! Completely worth the money with the way you can track engagement and keeping all your constants in one place!

Cons

I like the layout builders. They are easy to use and very straight forward. There are many options to choose from whether it be a premade, or a make your own.

### "What's not to like??"

We have been using Constant Contact for several years and it has been a valuable tool for us! We never need customer support because it is so easy to use! The pricing is affordable for a non-profit like us and we get great emails! I also appreciate the reporting and details. I can see exactly what our readers like and respond to.

Pros

It is very user-friendly and lots of great tools. I can compose and send out an email in minutes. I can target specific groups with certain emails, add pics etc. and then get the reporting on how it was received.

Cons

I really have no complaints. It is the perfect tool and the perfect price point for our organization.

I mostly use Constant Contact for very straightforward tasks like uploading contact lists and sending out email campaigns, and for those purposes, it works really well. The platform was easy to learn, even for someone who only uses a small portion of its features. Importing lists is quick and smooth, and creating basic campaigns takes very little time once you get the hang of the editor. It may not be the most advanced or customizable email tool out there, but for simple list uploads and standard email sends, it’s reliable and beginner friendly.

Pros

Constant Contact is very friendly for beginners. The drag-and-drop editor and the library of prebuilt templates make it fairly quick to build and send campaigns without needing to be a design or coding expert.

Cons

Automation and customization are somewhat limited. Emails can look a bit generic. The cost is also quite high.

Pros

It’s so easy to use. We can schedule posts and emails to staff and families from the center, and it’s great for us to advertise events that we have coming up.

Cons

It can be a bit pricier than we would like, but we manage and have a subscription for our church. That’s my only complaint

### "Amazing Software for any organization! "

We started using this when our organization was founded and it has been our staple software since. We use it to track how many people are engaging with our community. We can see if folks click through to go deeper, it truly is amazing! We've thought about changing over the years, but just cannot fathom not using it!

Pros

The variety of templates coupled with the opportunity to track who reads, clicks, etc. is invaluable at our knowing who is engaging with our community. Also, the variety of "offerings" through Constant Contact. It is more than an email system.

Cons

There are a few quirks with the system. Example - we have multiple admin emails in the system, but it will not allow us to choose a different "from" email as the default. It is one of our employees and needs to be a different one. This is not a game changer, you just have to remember to change the email if you start a brand new email stream. Talked with Customer Service and they said this is something they are working on.

Pros

Decent email platform for a pretty small organization. Easy to customize templates and make emails look nice.

Cons

When you forward an email from Constant Contact to someone else, that new recipient can accidentally unsubscribe the original recipient which is really frustrating. Emails end up in spam sometimes. Need more integrations.

Pros

It can send out newsletters, marketing materials, and emails to your contacts. It has a built in crm which allows you to add new clients to your database

Cons

It has an outdated template appearance which is not very customizable. It lists only a few templates to choose from.

I would recommend Constant Contact for anyone wanting to reach more of their clients but don't know a lot about design. This was easy to use and I think it would be easy for anyone.

Pros

I liked that I could insert my own images as content and I didn't necessarily have to use a template.

Cons

Sometimes my content images would not get as big as I would want them because of the constraints on the template size.

Our organization does not have any real connection with anyone at CC. Our relationship with CC is via 3rd party software. And unfortunately, no one at CC knows the software, so the response, "you need to talk to your vendor". It's a classic run around. And I don't judge the experience as a result. It just is what it is.

Pros

Fantastic templates to cover so many possible mass email situations. Makes it easy to be anti-spam compliant. As a stand alone system, it ticks all the boxes.

Cons

Customer support is initially AI generated, and once you get past that, the Help Desk people seem happier to send you links to what they think will answer your question. Rather than drill down to an answer. Fair approach, if they are under the gun to do volume answers.

Pros

I enjoy the simple to design template and ease of navigation. It is on par with the other systems I've used in the past, and it integrates with the CRM software I use making for easy management of emails and our data. I have not yet had an issue or needed customer support, so that should say something about ease of management.

Cons

To be truthful, there has not been anything I haven't liked yet. It came as an add-on to our CRM software, so in that way it is a good value for our money. Hard to complain.

For newsletters and nurturing sequences, Constant Contact stays reliable. I appreciate how quickly I can shape campaigns without overthinking design—the templates are clean and easy to tweak. Tracking open rates and clicks gives me enough insight to evaluate what resonates before scaling

Cons

I do wish the automation options were a bit more advanced natively; sometimes I find myself building workarounds when planning multi-step journeys across audience segments

I think it's user friendly and worth the time and money for what you get. Great competitor to mailchimp at the time.

Pros

I liked that it was easy to navigate and had a good variety of newsletter templates to choose from. I also like that you can see the stats of your email- opening rate, etc.

Cons

I can't think of anything that I didn't about CC. I had a positive experience when I used it for a daily newsletter.

Pros

It's easy to get started with and use, making it great for first time email marketers. Importing contacts is easy and straightforward.

Cons

Unfortunately, the cost of email marketing has gotten expensive and if you have a lot of contacts, be prepared to pay.

Amazing! Constant Contact covers most of our marketing communication needs with their many tools, ease of developing a campaign or email, and their customer service is there to help every step of the way when you need it.

Pros

Their customer service is amazing! Also, the flexibility, ease of use, the many templates, not just email marketing, but surveys, event registration and management, ability to test your message before it is sent, and what you get for the price is also attractive. It is overall the best for marketing emails, event registration, tracking success, managing your database of contacts, surveying, and it is easy to learn. Plus, everything is managed in one place so you can do data segmentation for targeted marketing, manage your information more effectively, run reports, and maintain the information you capture easily.

Cons

I have used Constant Contact for several years. There hasn't been many cons. Sometimes your emails will end up in Spam, but they do everything to try to provide suggestions to mitigate that. They have continued to invest and listen to their customers.

Cons

Some of the automation and advanced segmentation features are not as deep as some higher-end marketing platforms. Pricing can also increase as contact lists grow, but overall the platform is stable and easy to manage.

Overall I enjoy using Constant Contact, it's easy to create good content. Tools are accessible.

Pros

I like that it's easy to create new mailings and add/delete sections, photos, etc. I like the library where I can organize my uploaded pictures, posters, etc for easy access. I like that I can quickly copy an old mailing into the next week's mailings.

Cons

When I am using my desktop, there is a new AI feature that blocks the delete button for text boxes. I figured out how to scroll over and find the delete button but it was not intuitive and really slowed me down last week.

Due to the recent snafus with registration and some of our communications, I removed a star for now.

Pros

Keeping in touch with stakeholders is a must and Constant Contact facilitates that. Easy to use is always a plus when your plate is full.

Cons

We recently used it to register class participants. Not sure what happened, but it got confusing. Some registrants got confirmations and others didn't. Same for us. We also experienced a glitch with our contact list that caused an interruption to our account status. Are working through it.

### "Easy to use, cost based off number of emails stored"

The cost kept increasing for me because I needed to upload a new list each time I send out an email based off our current active customers. So If I had 5000 email address, 1000 of them may no longer be a customer of mine. But I still got charged even though I didn't email them any longer. It was hard for me to figure out which emails to delete as our customers changed weekly.

Pros

Constant contact was easy to use. Templates were easy to find and set up and reporting was excellent.

Cons

I did not like that you were charged based off how many email address were stored. I may have 5000 email addresses, but only emailed 3000 at any given time.
