It's also easy to create mailing lists and it integrates with our software to sync updates to contacts emails. Cons Customer support is not readily available. Cons For someone who doesn't have a ton of experience in graphic design, customizing the templates to make your products look and feel distinct and closer to your organization's personality is challenging and time-consuming. Pros Constant Contact makes it really easy to build nice looking email campaigns even if you are not a designer. The drag and drop builder feels intuitive and the templates save a lot of time. I also like the reporting features which give a clear picture of who opened and clicked. Cons It can feel a little pricey compared to other tools, especially when your list grows. There are tons of features to create a variety of newsletters. Cons Sometimes it can be a little difficult to drag elements within the newsletter building, but it is still easier since the update. Some of the functionality when creating different campaigns is not great and can be improved. Pros I like the ease of use and the available options to create different types of mail outs examples: survey, event tracking and general updates. Cons Some features have limited functionality. The drag & drop function is not great in that you can't have a photo wherever you want, it has to be uniform in a line. I’ve been using it for about 2 1/2 years now and it’s very user-friendly and easy to navigate. And works great to register send emails and create surveys Pros Constant contact For surveys is a great way to follow up with anyone that’s attended an event. Since you’re able to create an event and people can register through constant contact, it’s all very streamline to where you can send a survey after. Like most business owners, there aren't enough hours in the day, Constant Contact, unlike some competitors, is straightforward and your first email campaign is just a few clicks away. Pros interface is good, system is easy to use and has a lot of templates to choose from. Cons I found it a little pricey with the top tier at around £70 upwards a month.
