Ease of setting up account. Our members enjoy the clean look of the newsletters and announcements.

Cons

Nothing. How can I complain, the price is great, and the service is 110%.

Je l'ai très peu utilisé. On me l'avait vendu comme un CRM et surtout en me disant que j'aurais un ''onboarding call'' avec potentiellement une personne parlant français. 3 jours plus tard, aucun signe de vie. Ayant trouvé une autre solution pour ce que je recherchais, j'ai décidé de canceller et d'avoir mon ''refund'' tel que promis. Bref, leur customer service est affreux, incompréhensible et compliqué. J'ai décidé de contacter le représentant des ventes m'ayant vendu cette solution et celui-ci est M.I.A. Je pourrais en rajouter et rajouter car c'est une de mes pires expériences en tant que consommateur.

Le prix est accessible mais encore ça dépend de l'usage recherché

For a simple newsletter that needs to be maintained by those not looking for a bunch of bells and whistles, this can work. If you want to be more creative, have more testing ability, or desire some unique automation capabilities it's best to look elsewhere.

Pros

It's easy to use, even for those that aren't super tech savvy. There is a wealth of templates to choose from. I liked that it has segmentation that is easy to figure out. Also the email deliverability rates are really good.

Cons

Unfortunately is can get pricey if you grow your audience. Automation isn't where it needs to be to be really useful, which is a big deal now. Also missing is the ability to A/B test robustly (since you can only do subject lines right now).

Constant Contact (unlike another event platform/email provider I was using until I ran into a technical problem) has phone customer support with live humans (what a concept!)

Cons

Nothing I can think of at the moment, but maybe next time.

Easy to produce and eye-catching email that may be sent to hundreds of recipients all at once, and track the results.

Pros

Constant Contact emails are easy to create and edit. The final product is attractive to the audience, and trackable to large groups. If you have a template you like you can copy it and use it again. You can resend to those who didn't open it, too.

Cons

The Suspended email 'feature'. It doesn't allow an email to be delivered to the recipient even though it is seemingly the correct address.

I have been extremely pleased with this fine company. Constant Contact is my only connection with my prospect list, which has more than doubled since we started this Spring. I really can't see how I can do without my partners at Constant Contact.

Pros

The great deal of information available helps me to invest myself in my business. The customer service team is outstanding. No problem is too insignificant for the best efforts from the reps at Constant Contact. The templates are really inspiring and fully adaptable for my needs and the AI suggestions are really useful. This has really been the answer to my customer relations.

Cons

The multichannel campaigns are not as well supported by the knowledge bank as I would like. It is a new feature and I expect that there will be more helps coming soon.
