This is a great way to reach people in a mass email form. Pros Constant Contact as a program is fairly easy to use and is able to help you craft an email to reach the people that you want to reach whether that is prospective new clients or your current clients. Cons The program is pretty solid itself but we have had a few issues with the quality of the emails that have gone out having broken links, missing images, or things that have shifted. Pros Constant Contact is a good way to keep lists of different contacts and create easily accessible mailing groups. I like being able to set up mailings in advance. Helped me out when I hit a snag (which was a problem with my computer, not them). Pros I like this software! There are a ton of templates that look cool, yet professional. It's easy to sync up contacts and send out email marketing. I do like that you can create Facebook and Instagram ads. I'm no graphic designer, so this feature was great - and cut out using another site to create those ads/graphics. Cons Nothing. I like it. Easy to use. Looks good. I'd recommend. I used this about 10 years ago and it's really improved since then. A+. I also appreciate the usability. It's pretty easy to figure out. Cons They only give you space to place 5 photos without paying extra. Sometimes I'd like to use more but I don't want to pay for it. What's also nice is that we had a free trial period double the time (60 days) with not credit card required. Cons The software has it's glitches with and not much flair or variety with templates or email blasts and creations. Very basic, yet a bit more pricey than other software. Constant Contact makes it easy to communicate with all of our customers without having to put in the work of composing thousands of different emails.
