Cons The cons of the software are: it is a bit outdated - it takes many clicks to finally get an appointment booked. We have had no issues and have been extremely happy with the developments this company has had along the way. The tech support is outstanding...they can fix anything, we are amazed by the knowledge of the guys we have used. The software itself is very detailed and you can run any report imaginable!! Our clients love the email confirmations and many of them book standing appointments that can easily be emailed to them. The one suggestion I have is to offer a user manual. It is difficult to troubleshoot issues if you are having to try to resolve problems during work hours and have to message online with tech support and try to book appointments, check clients out and answer the phone, and or be on hold for 30 minutes to speak with someone in tech support. We utilized the user manual often in training new receptionists and it was very helpful to be able to navigate on our own when we needed to troubleshoot and had time to address the issues instead of whenever we could access support. Also, it saved us additional charges for after hours support. The training videos are great and the training webinars, but it isn't always convenient.
