WE have been very pleased for over the 19 years in business and utilizing this software.

Pros

I like the layout and the ease of getting around for scheduling, client access and sales.

Cons

It is a lot of clicks to schedule clients with all of the attributes, colors, popups etc.

We like that we have the ability to chat with the customer support team whenever we like and they are always willing to help us find a solution to our problem as quick as possible.

Cons

Sometimes I wish there were easier ways to find things on this software, but like I said, the customer support team is always willing to help us.

What I like about this company is that the owners are involved and actually talk to clients.

Pros

Once we learned how to use it, it was no hard to run day to day. It keeps track of a lot of info so that is good for marketing.

Cons

It was a little hard to learn all the features. We still don't use everything.

That it does everything and I don't know how to use all of the functions of the software...There for sure needs to have a manual on the how to for the complete system!

I wish there was a way I could be notified if anything knew comes up. I feel like I have to figure that out myself by finding it.

I have had ProSolutions software for 17 years at one time I had many employees but I have down sized my Salon and I'm now by myself it probly over kill to have this software but I have come to rely on it and can not go with out it.

The ease of having everything at my finger tips

Expensive for me being a one man show

Makes my job easy. I am happy to give this program two thumbs up. I am the only employee owner operator and this program is still great for just me.

Pros

It makes things easy at tax time.

Cons

There are so many functions that I will never use. A simpler product for smaller businesses would be better

I love the program. The "Surface" program has some bugs in it still and the phone app is still needing some correction but the software for the desktop computer can't be beat.

Pros

The easibility of it is amazing and my CPA loves the report access

The cloud/surface/iPhone still needs some tweaking

I contact customer service probable once a week for one thing or another, either someone forgot there password or there paired app. is having trouble, they always find me a solution and seem so happy to help!!

this software is very user friendly, My favorite thing is the online customer service. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is AMAZING!

Cons

Some times i wish there were other ways to put together a report.

I have had ProSolutions Software for my business for the last 8 years and I would highly recommend it!! We have had no issues and have been extremely happy with the developments this company has had along the way. The tech support is outstanding...they can fix anything, we are amazed by the knowledge of the guys we have used. The software itself is very detailed and you can run any report imaginable!! Our clients love the email confirmations and many of them book standing appointments that can easily be emailed to them. If you are in need of software for your salon or spa this is the one to go with hands down.

Love having our software in the cloud, love the online confirmation, love being able to blast emails out to our clients when we have cancellations or the odd slow day. POS.I have been using Prosolutions over 25 years and it just keeps getting better. And love the online chat too.

Cons

I wish when a new feature is added they let me know. Email templates and campaigns are old fashioned design. App design could be better And no Mac version

We opened a salon 11 years ago. We have used ProSolutions from the beginning and have loved it. The one suggestion I have is to offer a user manual. It is difficult to troubleshoot issues if you are having to try to resolve problems during work hours and have to message online with tech support and try to book appointments, check clients out and answer the phone, and or be on hold for 30 minutes to speak with someone in tech support. We utilized the user manual often in training new receptionists and it was very helpful to be able to navigate on our own when we needed to troubleshoot and had time to address the issues instead of whenever we could access support. Also, it saved us additional charges for after hours support. The training videos are great and the training webinars, but it isn't always convenient.
