Pros: The features of the product and ease of use.

Cons: The customer service is really slow and not up to the expectations.

Overall: We have been using e2open for our cloud integration for over 4 years now, and we believe they can do better in terms of customer service.

Pros: We worked together from onset to define requirements, solution and methods to implement/train

Cons: The project has had many starts and stops due to having multiple resources on/off project

Recommendations to other buyers: It is best to have dedicated teams from customer and supplier, to gain efficiencies and knowledge transfer, as having multiple resources on/off project caused issues
