Pros: Basic Functions. The ability to control users access and the hard work the FSI consultants can provide to the customer.

Cons: Plan and plan some more, a number of clients have failed to plan their operational proccesses or design and it has been a nightmare to revise the system to meet their requirements.
The system also has a requirement to be managed by a controlling team or person, as it grows, and due to the share amount of bespoke or modification that can be carried out.

Overall: Having used the system for over 15 years, I feel that I can say that I have a knowledge of the product. The basic off the shelf product does need to be planned and have a large amount of thought into its implementation (as should all CAFM/ CMMS). For the general helpdesk users, DBA, Performance Management, Maintenance planner, etc the software can be set up or modified to suit your needs.

Be warned though a number of the functions will need to be developed with Workflows or purchased as modules. But this should not take away from a very good software platform, which can be scaled to suit the needs of the organizations.

The dashboarding, database design and basic functionality are one of the products highlights.

Recommendations to other buyers: Look at the modules and the support team. there are a number of functions that each will bring to the overall use of the software
