Comments: Fantastic product for BPM Solutions.
Easy and Robust development of workflows and processes as compared to other BPM, eg K2, WS or Lombardi
Accomodated 3000+ users and 50000+ tasks' transactions daily without any lag or problem
Cool and user friendly GUI of the new version with Extensive integration options with Microsoft / Oracle / Third Party products and solutions
WebServices and APIs available for custome development of client and forms
Administration and Reporting of V8 and R2 are way too powerful as compared to previous version
Support rarely needed but available right on call and prompt personal visit and web sessions
Very much recommended

Pros: - Caters to business process flow needs
- Has individual user/group assignment options
- Integration with .net is good & very useful
- Graphical status view is good
- Calculation of step times and email notifications is very accurate and effective

Cons: - Old logos/icons. GUI is not exciting at all
- Webservices are slow
- Org Chart maintenance screens very tedious, impossible to take good prints
- Client view should have more sort/filter options
- Reporting not impressive

Overall: - GUI should be improved
- Reporting should be more parameterized, have more options
- Webservices turnaround time should be made faster
- Org chart maintenance should be improved
