SurveyMonkey has served us well although we have had some challenges here and there. Through use of the product we have been able to conduct statistical analysis and collect feedback from our employees and customers.

Pros

SurveyMonkey is our sole tool for team and employee engagement. The software is a reliable voice of the customer and feedback management tool. It ensures smooth feedback collection and data analysis. I like its survey design and general ease of use.

Cons

Although the software is is reliable and effective. It has some major challenges that we have been facing from time immemorial. Delayed customer support response and uneffective offline use.

Easy to use platform does make doing surveys a lot easier for those that do them. A lot of times you only hear from someone when they're mad but making a survey quick and easy to use helps get more feedback with multiple outlets.

Pros

They don't sell your info and no pop-ups make it much easier to use that a lot of others I've experienced in the past.

Cons

Adding an NA option for some questions would be more accurate if that were the actual answer. Or a field to notate that there is minimal or no experience.

Pros

Really easy to use to spin up surveys quickly. I've used for performance reviews with team members and the data was very helpful.

Cons

It has a lot of feature bloat going on. That can be really good for power users but those needing lightweight survey tools might be overwhelmed.

My overall experience with SurveyMonkey has been positive. It is user-friendly, reliable, and makes it easy to create surveys and review responses efficiently.

Pros

I like that SurveyMonkey is easy to use, makes creating surveys simple, and provides clear, organized results that are easy to analyze.

Cons

I dislike that some features are only available with paid plans, which can limit customization and advanced reporting options

been using it for almost 15 years on and off. Amazing tool with paid version. I have been using it extensively for a few years and have always found it efficient . Easy to design the survey, lots of possibilities and always easy to use for the participants.

Pros

Easy to design and share. Very fast learning curve for the user and the participant. Analytics super interesting !

Cons

Limited free version but hey, it's free. Some features needs more in depth learning to use but overall a great tool

Pros

Survey Monkey is a great survey tool, especially with the customizations you can do for your surveys and the scale you can do your surveys at. Great for enterprise level surveys

Cons

Since survey monkey is not part of a traditional enterprise workspace, it may require a learning curve to integrate with other enterprise softwares and may require some extra work

Survey Monkey is a great app to use to Survey large groups of people. It provides great visual reports.

Pros

I like how simple it is to create questions. There is a variety of templates that are customizable. The app is free.

Cons

The team and employee engagement is low when the link is sent out to be filled out. The customer support takes long to answer.

We use this program for in office questionnaires and patient reviews. It is an easy program to use, modify the questions and view results. We are pleased with it.

Pros

Easy to set up, modifying questions are quick and simple to do. Results of surveys are in spreadsheet form and can be exported for further use.

Cons

There are no negatives for our purposes of this program. We have not found any concerns of limitations.
