I wish there were more collaboration options. Pros I like that you can take and give surveys anonymously. I like that it is easy to just click on the link and complete a quick survey with no hassle. I like the options like almost taking a test when doing surveys. Cons I don't like that sometimes I can't see my results or it would be nice to see a comparison of others results if able. Pros SurveyMonkey's user interface is pretty solid, and we've found it works well enough for our team's needs. Creating surveys is straightforward, and the template options are helpful. While it serves its basic purpose, I found it to be less intuitive and more restrictive than some of the other form and survey platforms I've used. Creating surveys is relatively straightforward, and the reporting features provide useful insights into responses. However, many of the features I expected—such as advanced question types, customization options, and detailed analytics—are locked behind higher-tier paid plans. This made it difficult to fully utilize the platform without upgrading. I also found the interface to be somewhat dated and less user-friendly compared to newer survey tools. While it works well for simple surveys, I didn't feel it offered enough flexibility or value to justify the cost, especially when there are other platforms that provide similar or better functionality. Overall, SurveyMonkey is a reliable option for basic surveys, but it wasn't my first choice. It works, but I believe there are more modern, flexible, and cost-effective alternatives available. Its ability to handle lots of data at once, helpful survey logic, wide range of templates, and advanced reporting capabilities make it a great tool. Would recommend. Pros I appreciate SurveyMonkey’s ability to provide thoughtful insights in an organized way. They often serve as a great starting point before I delve into the data. Cons It’s UI and/or interface feels cluttered at times and I sometimes have to search for what I’m looking for, which hampers my productivity. I’m more versed with the tool now so it’s no longer an issue, but I recall feeling very confused at first. It worked fine but didn’t have some of the higher level functions we needed as we began to scale up. It has helped me create surveys efficiently for collecting feedback, research, and simple questionnaires.
