I feel like this has really helped me to have an understanding of our requirements regarding Compliancy and has been a HUGE help for me in keeping these processes streamlined and working the way it should!

Pros

I love that it takes all of the guesswork out of what I need to do! It's already a stressful time of year with all the projects we wrap up so this just adds to that - in this case, the guesswork is done for me!

Cons

I didn't like that it changed so much this year - but thankfully, the onboarding calls answered all of my questions!

I have been using this tool for almost 3 years. It is good and user-friendly, except for the Program and Assessment module. I’m really happy with the other features, and it provides excellent reports. The Training module have really good training.

Pros

The reporting module provides excellent reports and is very user-friendly

Cons

I’m not satisfied with the Program and Assessment module. It’s not user-friendly and requires substantial training to use effectively

It is a lot of work but that is the nature of HIPPA OSHA. The software makes it easier.

Exceptional! I was so thankful to work with a company that could help us streamline our documentation efforts, automate our policy review reminders, and even push required training to staff members when they're due. They help automate the training documentation requirements and give our staff a safe place to log incidents if necessary or access any policies/procedures they need to reference. The risk assessments are wonderful and give you clear direction and recommendations for further improvement. This saves me so much time and gives me such peace of mind. Hands down, would recommend.

Pros

In addition to the wonderful compliance platform, its included training courses, and various guided modules; the onboarding and customer service experience is second to none. Extremely helpful and very responsive.

Cons

I have no complaints. If I had to pick a con, maybe it's a little confusing trying to navigate all the different tabs within each module, but honestly, that comes with practice.

If you are looking for a great software program to manage compliance for your business, this is a great tool. And the excellent, personal assistance from Compliance Guard staff is second to none.

Pros

I like the personal service I get from the Compliance Group. They are quick to respond, it's easy to set up progress calls, and it is easy to get technical help when faced with tasks I am not familiar with.

Cons

Tutorial videos or "in-app" help features would make it easier to navigate after the newest version launched.
