"Review of Tool Features "

**Overall:** I have been using this tool for almost 3 years. It is good and user-friendly, except for the Program and Assessment module. I’m really happy with the other features, and it provides excellent reports. The Training module have really good training.

**Pros:** The reporting module provides excellent reports and is very user-friendly

**Cons:** I’m not satisfied with the Program and Assessment module. It’s not user-friendly and requires substantial training to use effectively
