The training we received from our implementation coach, \[sensitive content hidden\], was excellent. This is our second year using the software. The audit was straightforward and fairly short. That demonstrates how well the set-up prepared our organization to be HIPAA-compliant. It would have taken us a lot more time and effort to create all the safeguards and trainings we have in place now. Pros The pre-made policies, BAA, and other documents saved us tons of effort. The training and support we received from \[sensitive content hidden\], our implementation coach, has been superb. He is knowledgable, easy to work with, and set us up for continued success. Cons As a new and small organization, the set-up felt overwhelming at first. This was not due to ease of use, but rather to the number of tasks we needed to do to ensure our organization's HIPAA compliance. I was so thankful to work with a company that could help us streamline our documentation efforts, automate our policy review reminders, and even push required training to staff members when they're due. They help automate the training documentation requirements and give our staff a safe place to log incidents if necessary or access any policies/procedures they need to reference. The risk assessments are wonderful and give you clear direction and recommendations for further improvement. This saves me so much time and gives me such peace of mind. Hands down, would recommend. Pros In addition to the wonderful compliance platform, its included training courses, and various guided modules; the onboarding and customer service experience is second to none. Extremely helpful and very responsive. Cons I have no complaints. If I had to pick a con, maybe it's a little confusing trying to navigate all the different tabs within each module, but honestly, that comes with practice.
