Pros

well matured interface, perfect for managing all of our vm clusters around the world with one screen!

Cons

Not much to say for cons here as this is a very robust system. I've used the tool to setup hosts and manage guests with no issues.

Nothing in particular for now, but will look forward to working with a powerful tool as this.

Pros

What I particularly like about the vmware virtual machine work center is the power in it features. Though I haven't been able to successfully leverage the opportunities inherent.

Cons

Got stalked at creating my personalised virtual machine. Been getting INTEL-EPT compatibility errors for every attempt. Still sourcing for support in where ever I've been getting wrong in the process.

\- Large number of machines supported, make this tool very powerful. - It allows adding new modules, that is, it is scalable. - For the activities it performs, the minimum requirements do not seem to be a lot of resources.

Cons

\- Sometimes we have presented conflicts of the ports with other present applications. - Requires more technical knowledge.

### "Seamless transition from hardware to virtual"

Streamlined virtual machine of company server. With built in back up protection against system loss and failure.

Pros

The user interface is clear and easy to navigate, it takes the guess work out of set up a limits the needs for more trained IT professionals.

Cons

Occasionally there is a crash out of the virtual machine, though we believe it to be a limitation of the host operating system and a function of the limited hardware resources available to the virtual machine. Though it would be helpful if the software can more accurately give root cause to its own system failures.

I like the scalability of VCenter. VMotion is very helpful in migrating VMs from one host to another.

Cons

Vsphere web client is as good as the standalone client, missing certain features. Also can be very expensive.

I have been using vCenter 6.x for about 1 year. I am using the appliance version. Overall, the appliance is stable and runs well. Upgrading it is also very easy and pretty painfree. There are basically two main issues I have with it. 1. The whole Update Manager setup is pretty weak. First, it is not even explained in a simple document on how it works, how it flows, etc.... Just install it and it works? Well, it doesn't. 2. The web interface. VMWare moving the whole product to Web Interface only (you can still use the older thick client, but not all features present) is a bad taste because it's just plain slow. VMware, if you want us to go this route, you need to rewrite the Web Interface in HTML5 and dump Flash once and for all.

A large number of machines can be used at the same time, making VMWare a powerful tool. It is the best product of its class. It also has great scalability and is very effective.

Cons

Due to the cost, this application is good for companies that are medium or large. However, it price is worth it.

even my perfil is storage is very easy to use vmware virtual center and administrate the virtual machines, clone it and also replicate.

Cons

i dont like that after two or three years upgrade is a most and we need to also refresh the harware to sopport it

We are New with this system, it connects to the VM and gives you a lot of possibilities and tools for your different machines.

Cons

Sometimes it can crash and it takes around 30 minutes to restart all the services. Hope to get a new update to fix it

This tool allows you to reduce the amount of technology you have to manage when it comes to server administration because it allows you to easily consolidate most tools into one tool that helps with server management, migration, testing, etc.

Cons

The pricing structure is a little odd and isn't ideal for our team and could use some improvement/flexibility

It was very easy to implement multiple virtual machines. The ability to set up multiple VM's and experiment with them in a simple way was a great upgrade over other software I have used.

Cons

Certain features are not explicitly stated so you may need to do some research on your own, this is a small problem, however.

Manages and allows one to see where everything in the VM structure is. Handles many things and allows for a less headache

Cons

Its a bit hard to navigate. If your a newbie, don't try playing with he software and ask for help. Some stuff require more knowledge. ALOT of options and things.

This program left in in amazement. I wanted to test other programs and OS’s this gave me a solid base that I could use to test several at one time with out any lose of performance

Pros

I rarely give a company 5 stars all the way through but this is one company that has all of its bases covered. They not only make it easy to use it’s very reliable fast easy to learn and is customizable

Cons

It would be nice to have a version for iOS and android
