SteelCentral AppInternals is one of the best APM solution available today. This helps to improve user experience by managing application performance very effectively. Anyone with basic computer knowledge can use this without any difficulties.

Pros

Helps to improve efficiency, Monitors transaction performance, Monitors SLA compliance, Interactive dashboard, Easy to use, Easy deployment.

Cons

Slightly costly, Less customization capabilities. I couldn't find any other cons than these two things.

Pros

I have to use this tool because of work. The manual book is very detailed and sometimes hard to understand but they have good customer service and reply very promptly.

Cons

This tool seems very complicated to use. There are too many steps in the manual book but with great customer service to explain.
