Pros Particulary, the flexibility to adapt the business of the application, through business modeling, besides, Compiere does not require a high investment, due to being open source and specialized personel in Java can improve it, therefore, ofers a very friendly interface easy to handle. Cons wharehousing and sales processes exists. It's difficult to addapt it to other businesses, having to program functionalities if necesary.
