Pros: This is a very affordable option to meet with groups of people over the phone for teleconferences. I'm always looking for new ways and new software to connect people for collaboration on new ideas and business.

Cons: It's not as strong as some of the Skypes platforms however I meet with a lot of young Millennials and teenagers so we're always trying to keep it affordable and be flexible. I think that think tank is a good go to option for that.

Have worked with the software over 4 years

Pros: the scope of collaborative tasks its support, all the facilitation techniques a collaboration engineer needs. collaborative project planning, brainstorm, ranking, various assessment forms and votes etc. Can handle larger groups of people really well.

Cons: That it is not integrated with an audio/video and collaborative synchonious authoring system, but they focus on larger group collaboration and not so much groups of 5 and smaller

Overall: All the normal benefits that group collaboration software can deliver, time savings, huge saving on travel and meeting expenses, more engaged virtual participants, better solutions and output in short the works.
