I was afraid of having lost my data but thanks to OnTrack I managed to recover most of the work. Unfortunately some files were on bad sectors and were not recovered, but otherwise it went very well! Pros We have choose this sw because we needed to be sure to be able to recover some data from deleted hd partitions and worked as expected. I've used it to help get back a file that was mistakenly deleted. It helps me recover these files at my own time and not have to send in a hard drive and wait for some company to recovery and charge me a huge fee. Pros Allows you to recover files from drives that have been corrected, damaged, deleted or reformatted. It works with regular hard drives, SSDs, and even SD cards. Works on Windows and Mac. Cons You have to pay for 1 year licenses and it becomes a recurring charge. Not all recovery software are able to really find deleted files, and I think that this actually can. Pros There are many options to choose from. You can, for example, scan for deleted files in flash drives, or HDD's. You can also wipe the data from drives or diagnose your disk. It's a powerful little tool and I like that. Cons There is nothing to write in here for me. Ontrack Easy Recovery is a really useful tool.
