I am able to keep a reign on floorplan expenses too. Pros Ease of use and the customer service area. If you need anything - just call. They are informed and ready to help! Cons I would like to not add a new vendor for purchases from an individual. KB Kevin B. sales and finance Retail Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Best Value I have seen " August 25, 2022 5.0 The benefits vs cost is the number one reason dealerships should utilize Frazer DMS. Its layout is the easiest to navigate that I have come across to date. I can have an entire deal loaded, printed, and then closed quicker than all the other DMS systems I have used in the past. Pros I currently use Frazer software to desk and print car deals. I am a huge fan of the reporting feature as well. This helps me greatly to compare specific time frames as well as calculate commissions when needed. The customer service feature is most likely the best I have come across in 20 years of working in the auto sales business. They are quick to answer questions, always has a solution, and will remotely take over the computer to assist in whichever issue we are experiencing. Cons The printers can sometimes give us issues. I am not sure why the dot. Matrix has to be powered down before each form is printed. Alternatives considered [ERA-IGNITE](https://www.capterra.com/p/65169/ERA/) Reason for choosing Frazer The value was much higher. We also are not paying for mandatory services that will not benefit us like some other DMS companies required us to have. Switched from [ConnectWise Automate](https://www.capterra.com/p/142789/ConnectWise-Automate/) Return on investment is unmatched, as well as ease of use and the great customer service/troubleshooting team. Review Source DE Damian E. Owner Automotive Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Dont get frazer pay!" August 27, 2026 1.0 Pretty hit and miss. Software is decent. Their app is garbage and Frazier pay...do not trust it for a second everything they will tell you is a lie. From the monthly bill that you're going to receive from the bogus compliance fees to the $250 a year "security bundle" on top of a $250 a year "annual service fee" which is separate from the $30 a month "card Point platform fee" and the $35 a month Frazier pay fee. They hit you for like $1,500 a year on top of profiting off of every single transaction you give them which will not follow the price that they told you it will my most recent transaction I was hit for 4.49% which is around double what squares free plan offers. Pros The software is decent. do not get Fraser pay. Unfortunately though the customer service and sales reps are untrustworthy. Cons Do not trust their salesman they will lie to you. They will tell you that Frazier pay is $35 a month they don't tell you that there's an extra $30 a month for card pointes processing they don't tell you that there's $500 a year in bullshit fees they tack on they will tell you a rate and then several months into your contract double it in my case from 0.6 to 1.2. They will tell you things like a maximum payment of 1.5% for a debit card and 3.0% for a credit card. My most recent transaction they hit me for 4.49%. Calling customer service was worthless and they refused to do anything about it. You get screwed over and they say oh well sorry we lied we're not actually willing to do anything about it but we're really really sorry so sorry we won't give you a refund or adjust the rate or anything but we're really sorry that we lied to you. Manager Automotive Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Solid software for car dealers" July 29, 2026 5.0 For an independent used car dealership like mine Frazer has been a reliable backbone for running day to day operations without needing a dozen separate systems stitched together. It’s not the flashiest software out there and the interface shows its age a bit but it does exactly what it needs to do for inventory, financing and compliance without constantly breaking or needing a workaround. Customer support being genuinely helpful when something goes sideways has kept me from looking elsewhere, even with newer options popping up in the space. I’d recommend it to another independent dealer who wants something dependable and reasonably priced over something trendy but untested. Pros I’ve been running my dealership on Frazer for a while now and it genuinely covers pretty much everything I need in one place, inventory, financing, state forms, reporting, and accounting all live under one roof instead of me juggling five different tools. Setup for adding a new vehicle is fast and I can pull an inventory report in seconds when I need to see what’s actually sitting on the lot. Customer service has been solid too, whenever I’ve had a question or something wasn’t working right I got someone on the phone who actually knew what they were talking about instead of getting bounced around. Pricing is also reasonable compared to other DMS options I looked at before committing, especially for an independent lot like mine that doesn’t need enterprise level pricing tacked on. Cons The desktop version feels super outdated compared to newer cloud based tools, since it’s installed directly on my computer rather than something I can just pull up from anywhere without extra setup. If I want the hosted cloud option it costs more so there’s a real tradeoff between saving money on desktop and paying more for the flexibility of accessing things remotely. The interface isn’t the most modern looking thing out there and it can take a little getting used to if you’re coming from something more visually polished. Some newer features like their payment processing or mobile companion app still feel like they’re catching up compared to the core DMS functionality. Review Source CJ Carl J. Some programs wouldn't allow you to switch screens when billing out a vehicle. CSR Automotive Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Good for BHPH Dealerships" September 10, 2025 4.0 Frazer is very easy to use and navigate. Easy to train new employees in. Very secure cloud based software. Pros The user settings and permissions are a great feature to have for any dealership with multiple departments. Uploading forms and specifying which type of deals they need to be assigned to is very handy. Cons Frazer runs a little slow at times and likes to give unspecified error messages. When setting up customers with accounts to view and pay their balance you cannot put a rule in if they have other receivables, recurring fees or repair balance so it makes it difficult when a customer is set up on a biweekly or monthly pay schedule. Text message feature is not as advanced as it needs to be. There is only one service provider that Frazer is intergraded with to do send text messages to customers. Need better features when sending batch text messages or at least have the names in alphabetical order so it's easier to take customers that have a promise date set up out of the queue of messages to send to past due accounts. At least a couple hours a week dealing with them Cons Customer service used to be second to none the best I’ve ever had from any company, they have been purchased by another company now this is hands down the worst customer service I’ve had with any dealer partner!! It would be nice if getting an excel spreadsheet of customer emails was easier than the current system. I have told mulitple dealers to get frazer and their add ons! Pros It makes doing paper work take half of the time then it used to. You type in their information once and then click all the forms you need and they print right off and all you need to do is sign!
