It was very helpful in enhancing the customer facing documents with the layout which was desired by the user. Pros It uses the pdf file from JD Edwards, easy to map and arrange the fields as per the clients design. Deployment of the objects are very simple and easy. It has document distribution options from email, fax and printing. Bursting of the document based on email id and address book is very efficient. Cons As it is a third party software, licensing and maintenance costs are involved and it is expensive. It uses the pdf output from JD Edwards UBE, so any change on the pdf has to be revisited and modified on the Create!Form side to include the new field.
