The reports generated has also helped track and improve productivity overall. Pros Time Manager is a very user friendly software. Implementing its features in our company increased our ability to track productivity, bill clients in a timely manner and improve tracking of accounts receivables. In addition, customer service is extremely knowledgable, always available and helpful. Cons The only drawback is that there are many functions we are not utilizing fully, but that is a user issue, it is not through any fault of the software. Cons I can't think of anything I don't lie or would change with this software. I am so used to all features and overall very happy. I can't imagine using a different timekeeping software especially that our records have been saved and backed up for as long as we've been using TimeManager. We are lifelong users now and are very happy with our decision. Pros The report function has been the most convenient and time saving feature for me. I regularly need to run ytd hour reports and individual time keeper reports - I can pull all information so quickly and so easily readable. Cons While Time Manager takes a bit to get used to, any user can actually figure out how to do most things on their own. Having a bit of a grasp on computers in general will help when trying to work through some things you might need or be looking for in TimeManager. When all else fails our account manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], has been a life saver! He takes time to explain everything and walk you through step by step so you are able to do it easily the next time. Whenever I need help either by creating a new report or anything that I may need, their service department is excellent and I know they will go out of their way to help us and to have a fast resolution. Cons If there is anything that I may not like, I just call their service department and I will get a solution as fast as they can. This feature is excellent for us.
