I can just quickly log in and select the days that I will like to have off and submit for approval. I can also quickly see how many days I have left, instead of having to submit a request to HR for this. Cons The interface is not as user friendly as I believe it could be. It is easy to use once you have done it a couple of times and it does serve it's purpose seamlessly. It's drag-and-drop interface is so easy to use compared to the older software we were using and has cut down on conflicts and wrongly entered dates.
