Very helpful for HR and accounting as well. One thing I like about it is it can be integrated with a payroll software of your choice. Very helpful, specially if you're coming from manually computing time and attendance from excel. Cons Maybe the UX design can be enhanced but I'm pleased with how it is right now. I can just quickly log in and select the days that I will like to have off and submit for approval. I can also quickly see how many days I have left, instead of having to submit a request to HR for this. Cons The interface is not as user friendly as I believe it could be. It is easy to use once you have done it a couple of times and it does serve it's purpose seamlessly. It's drag-and-drop interface is so easy to use compared to the older software we were using and has cut down on conflicts and wrongly entered dates.
