Comments: The case management software is really easy to use. We can drag and drop emails straight into files which are easily accessible within Microsoft Outlook. As PI solicitors, we are also very pleased about the system¿s integration to the MOJ portal.

Comments: What we liked most about DPS Outlook Office- the case management system from DPS- was the ability to amend templates fairly easily without needing a team of technical staff. You don¿t have to be particularly technical in order to do this and you don't have to keep clicking through screens to amend the product. The Outlook integration which links emails to files automatically was another big plus of the system.

Cons: Not as much functionality as the Citrix based system but can see its only a question of time

Overall: Spitfire's ease of use and speed make it one of the more attractive CMS' I have ever used. Even in zones where wifi is poor the speed of it left me very impressed. The functionality and level of detail provided also left me very impressed. I cannot recommend it enough.
