My overall experience with BNTouch was very disappointing. I onboarded, imported data, and within three days it was clear the system was not a fit for my mortgage business because of how clunky and outdated it felt to use. I immediately emailed support to explain that I had just signed up, that the platform clearly wasn't a fit, and requested a refund. They refused to offer any refund at all, including for the "white glove" service, which they never actually performed. Now I understand why they don't offer a free trial. I ended up out $290 for a product I stopped using almost immediately. Save your money and find another platform that lets you actually test it first to make sure it's a fit.

Pros

While the initial BN Touch representative was friendly during the 1st call, the experience declined from there.

Cons

I signed up for BNTouch and within just three days I realized it wasn't the right system for me. It is extremely clunky and cumbersome to use, and once you start importing your list and trying to work in it, you feel like you're basically playing with an Atari in a modern world. The interface feels outdated, unintuitive, and slow for modern mortgage workflows. On top of that, they refused to refund any portion of my purchase, including the "white glove" service that was never actually performed.

Overall it’s a decent database for storing info. But very expensive for simply that. Wish it was a lot easier to use and with marketing was easier and more aesthetically pleasing.

Pros

I like most the potential of what BNT could be. Or what I think it could be. Seems like it can be diverse but cost and ease of use aren’t there.

Cons

A lot of the features are difficult to use, marketing and drip aren’t aesthetically pleasing. And triggers aren’t user friendly.

It really helps me stay organized, follow up with leads, and move deals along more smoothly. It makes communication with clients easy, and all of the notes and records are all together in one place. I’ve definitely seen an improvement in client engagement and conversions since I started using it.

Pros

I’ve been using BNTouch for several years now, and it’s made a big difference in how I manage my business. The CRM is easy to use, and the automated emails and texts help me stay in front of clients without having to think about it constantly. I love the birthday emails, and clients really seem to appreciate them too!

Cons

I haven’t had any issues so far. No complaints at this time.

Pros

BNTouch is a wonderful system to use. I love that we can communicate with our clients. I like how easy it is to use on the clients side as well as the mortgage side!

I do not have anything negative to say about BNTouch at this time. I use BNTouch everyday, and still learning other feautures.
