Pros

  • And the tools that it provides are fantastic. I love the ability to mass-text as well as mass-email, all with personalized communications to the client or partner.

  • This software is great and makes mortgage processing much easier on a day to day basis. Great for keeping track of multiple files and helps you stay organized.

  • It is a huge competitor with Salesforce. It is user friendly, and great for setting tasks and reminders.

  • I like this system... and am happy that we chose it. It has a lot to offer (some of which, I'm still learning) and I can tell there is potential for growth within the system.

Cons

  • When it lags and I have to refresh to make the interface work.

  • The custom templates the initial set up of these is a little annoying. There are definitely some items that are odd about the reports.

  • One of the only gripes I have with BNTouch is the lack of being able to customize the look and feel of the CRM itself.

  • Also the formatting is clunky and slightly dated. Our team has used different CRMs and this one is the most difficult to navigate through as there is so much going on.

"Review of Bntouch "

Overall: Overall experience has been good. It does the job that I need it to do

Pros: That is emails you everyday with the tasks that need to be completed.

Cons: I wish it was easier to utilize the campaigns options, this can be frustrating at times.

"Lots of functionality poor execution"

Overall: Clunky. Dated. Old tech. Hard to search. No keywords. Finicky. Buggy.

Pros: This crm is clunky at best. It is not visually appealing, dashboard does not aid sales process, hard to searxh and manage contacts and pipelines. All kinds of functionality and low low low ease of use.

Cons: Overly complicated and lots of hidden info. Hard to search. App absolutely sucks. Seriously, as if it was made in 1999. It has near zero functionality. Hire 20 current and accomplished makers of apps and start over entirely. It should have 95% of the functionality as the desktop. Currently it has 2%.

"GREAT CRM for Mortgage Origination"

Pros: Can easily keep track of former and new clients along with sending communication out to all clients with just a few clicks of the button.

Cons: Sometimes hard to navigate and learning what categories go with what type of lead or client.

"Great Product"

Pros: I have been using BNTouch for 5 years and it is simple to use and has so many features that help you keep track of your marketing and staying in touch by tasks, email video and text. I have fund no cons using this software and the support is fantastic, if you need a CRM for your mortgage business BNTouch is the best choice.

Cons: No Cons the software is easy to use and the support is great
