I like that BNTouch is built specifically for the mortgage business. Pros

I have been using this CRM since 2004 and it's great... Graphics, tabs, marketing materials, reports.

Cons

We need more Spanish marketing materials, videos and newsletter as well. WhatsApp option will be a plus

It really helps me stay organized, follow up with leads, and move deals along more smoothly. It makes communication with clients easy, and all of the notes and records are all together in one place. I’ve definitely seen an improvement in client engagement and conversions since I started using it.

Pros

I’ve been using BNTouch for several years now, and it’s made a big difference in how I manage my business. The CRM is easy to use, and the automated emails and texts help me stay in front of clients without having to think about it constantly. I love the birthday emails, and clients really seem to appreciate them too!

Cons

I haven’t had any issues so far. No complaints at this time.

Overall it’s a decent database for storing info. But very expensive for simply that. Wish it was a lot easier to use and with marketing was easier and more aesthetically pleasing.

Pros

I like most the potential of what BNT could be. Or what I think it could be. Seems like it can be diverse but cost and ease of use aren’t there.

Cons

A lot of the features are difficult to use, marketing and drip aren’t aesthetically pleasing. And triggers aren’t user friendly.

I've utilized the BNTouch platform/services for over 6 months. The system's operations have various perks and features. The platform can get you social media exposure, and manage the upkeep of customer information, data, etc. The platforms are easy to get in and out to change.

Pros

Calendar features are not so friendly and okay just not as easy.

Overall I am happy with the product as my very first CRM and the price compared to other CRM's that I was shopping is extremely competitive.

Pros

This is my first ever CRM to get and it's very simple to start out with, but allows flexibility to expand as you get more comfortable with it.

Cons

There are some bugs that occur like frequently creating duplicate client information whenever I update a client file in my LOS system and then I have to either delete the duplicate or merge it with the original.

Overall I would recommend BnTouch. It has all the functionality we need and then some. It can do anything we might ever want it to, and we could do a better job of utilizing this tool and making the most of what it's capable of.

Pros

It's comprehensive. I appreciate that there are a lot of features and functionality with BnTouch. They have tons of options and settings, lots of data, email campaigns and automated options. We can maintain contact info and notes on clients, realtors, other referral partners, and separate loan records for the same client(s). We like being able to log events and keep everyone in the loop. I've had excellent experiences with customer support! They've been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever there's a concern. They helped us with onboarding and implementation and did a lot of the heavy lifting for us.

Cons

I can get a little bogged down in all of the features and functionality. It can be cumbersome and cluttered and sometimes we feel like we are paying for lots of features that we aren't taking full advantage of. It has all the bells and whistles, but if you want something more streamlined and simple, it may be a bit too robust for you.

BNTouch makes it super simple to keep in contact with Realtor/referral partners, potential and past clientele. Being able to track each lead makes the followup process so much less painstaking than other, more overly complicated CRMs.

Pros

The functionality and usability of BNTouch is by far one of the easiest I have used. The customer service is top notch and the staff are quick and responsive when you have a question in regards to how a function works!

Cons

One of the only gripes I have with BNTouch is the lack of being able to customize the look and feel of the CRM itself. While I do understand that function is more important than form for productivity, when you're staring at a screen for hours upon hours per day, being able to make it your own would help with the eye strain and mental fatigue that tends to happen over time.

### "HORRIBLE Crashes literally weekly!!!"

Horrible. Poor customer service. The system glitches and crashes all the time.

Pros

I do like what it is SUPPOSED to do. And I like it WHEN it works. The unfortunate truth is that the system literally crashes weekly.

Cons

The system is always glitching, crashing and their customer service does not exist. You think your email and text messages are being sent to clients, leads, prospects. But in reality, they aren't. When you call for service there is always some excuse. This goes on repeatedly. Ask them to waive your monthly fee, or reduce it for poor service, nope. You get to pay full price for a product/service that underperforms repeatedly. The challenge is, finding another CRM once you are used to using their system. If you are looking for a mortgage CRM, TRUST ME... look elsewhere! We just lost a $7,800 commission today because we thought we were communicating with a client via text. Just to find out, they were not being sent out! Go elsewhere, you will be much happier... and treated with real customer service.

Reason for choosing BNTouch Mortgage CRM

On the surface, it appears to be good. Sadly, The reality is a different story.

I have been using BNTouch for 5 years and it is simple to use and has so many features that help you keep track of your marketing and staying in touch by tasks, email video and text. I have fund no cons using this software and the support is fantastic, if you need a CRM for your mortgage business BNTouch is the best choice.
