Overall: Great I haven't had any problems with It for ad long ad I have been using and the customer service is wonderful to work with
Pros: The web based tools and vary easy to use and to get to know and you can understand it vary quickly
Cons: You have to be online in order to use the software most of the time the software is not compatible offline

Overall: Overall my experience is good as due to this review & approval on the change order and other reports became very easy and trackable in system.
Pros: It's functionality and linking with other project software tools.

Pros: The software has very easy to use interface being an end user.
Cons: The system at my employer is internet or web based and is used to retrieve lab data, to get updated results it requires refreshing the page. If there is an auto-fetch or auto-refresh capability our administrators aren’t using it or are incapable of setting it up.
