We are an estate and letting agent using ReapIT for several years now. Whilst the product is generally good, the support is woefully poor. By way of example: Yesterday 67 of our data records have been corrupted due to an "upgrade". No call from our Accounts Manager, no apology from Support. Just you'll need to go and "Re-key" these records. You are entrusting all your Customer data in a cloud provider. This isn't the service you would expect. The same day, coincidentally we request a small template change and Support kindly tell us that will be £80+VAT. We asked to do the charge ourselves as all templates are supposedly able to be edited by the user, the answer was this one is "special". When we asked for the case to be escalated, we're told there is no escalation procedure. Emailed our Accounts Manager (you can guess) no response. Having said this ReapIT is overall a good product. But expect poor support and extra charges whenever you need anything changed no matter how small.

Pros

Good features set, does more than most agency software Visually pleasing dashboard upgraded regularly (albeit they seem to decide what's important or not)

Cons

Support is terrible - email ticketing system, with support personal not really trained in the product. Hidden Charges for example 80+VAT to make a two word change on a template Charged (metered) to use your API to access your own data Apathy to any Customer issues see below. Very slow (even for a cloud product)

Reasons for choosing Reapit Property Sales

we make use of Direct Debits are a lot of software does not allow you to make use of Direct Debits as an originator. I think once other products support this then it's the way to go perhaps Rezi will in future?

Ultimately, it does a great job and has all features we need. I feel like the training and knowledge necessary to really maximise it makes it hard to pick up.

Pros

Reapit is a good central CRM for maintaining our property portfolio and clients, both past, present, and seeking.I like that it is easy to upload photos, descriptions, and update relevant portals with ease.You can match clients and properties based on categories.Functions for all matters of sales and purchases.

Cons

There is not compatability with Mac software and therefore I need to use my PC.There should be an easier and more obvious button for adding properties and adding clients.Alot of the functions you have to enter in a roundabout way, not alot of it is intuitive so you need to be trained well to understand or you can easily get lost.
