Pros: the various options that are available for customers and for experts. you can ad so many things almost no limit.

Cons: Dont have anything that i dont like or that the customers or experts dont like, i even could add a new option to something that did not exist which is a donation button.

Great interaction. The private texting is a great feature.

Pros: The private texting works great - almost like being able to speak during a meeting without interrupting.! We all like the " White board " feature for idea and participation.

Cons: It takes a little effort to get everyone logged in but most of it is a people problem. A little pricey as compared to some others.

Overall: It saved a ton of travel and length meetings!!
