Pros It is very easy to use in payment processing and process automation, especially for internal bill, such as business travel expense. Cons Some steps are not very intuitive. For example, when you create a request before the business travel and get approval, you need to append some invoice in the detail when you apply for the expense reimbursement, but some expense can be daily fixed, the form will not direct you about it. It makes reimbursing employees very easy and keeps track of all expenses. It has helped us trust our employees as well since it is so easy to use and read. Pros Easiest reimbursement and refund platform! All you do is snap a picture, separate out the unallowables and boom! you are good to go. Cons did not have any CONS, the mobile app is amazing to use and the desktop version. I am going to recommend this to my new company. Pros Prior to moving away from SAP for our ERP platform, it's direct integration into our Finance platform was extremely nice. Cons I hated the outdated UI. Furthermore, I found the configuration of the software to be very convoluted and difficult. The app makes it even better allowing easier access and not having to open up your laptop or desktop to complete your expenses. Cons When traveling, it doesn't recognize hotel taxes. We had this company with us for about 5 years. It simplified our intake process and launched us into another level. Pros I loved the fact that you can save receipts inside of the application, You can later look for them amongst the saved files and pull what you needed. Cons I didn't like that concor was ver specific with what image files it received and how when you uploaded and used receipts, it wouldn't delete them but you have to manually delete each one. Very positive across the whole business. Pros The ease of use, the fact that people can use it on the mobile phone, the fact that there is an app on Appstore and Android store for it! Cons The cost is maybe high but I guess you pay for good quality software! Also, mobile app has a limitation where you cannot select the attendee status "travelling/not travelling" so only simple coding possible via app and nothing to do with entertainment or travel. My normal usage is related to travel, but I have often used it for standard purchasing. Pros The best thing that SAP Concur offers is an app and a website that can work well together. SAP Concur worked best when I captured day-to-day expenses with the app and then sat down and put my reports together on the website. The SAP Concur travel booking functionality is also quite useful, and I appreciate booking all of my travel options on one website. Cons The hardest aspect of SAP Concur to work with was the occasional issues that arose when a captured expense would go to a different area of the website or get attached to another expense report. It would be great to have more integration of hotel folios like is currently possible with Uber. Pros What I like most about SAP Concur is the iPhone app. The interface is easy to use and allows me to keep ahead of my expense report during a business trip. Cons What I like least about Concur is that uploading receipts can be glitchy. Pros We have used SAP Concur for a couple of years now and it has made our expense reporting fast and easy. The photos on the go for receipts has been invaluable. Also, approval can be done with a single click with a clear view of all expenses submitted for reimbursement. Pros The best thing about SAP Concur is that it is very easy to use and to manage the expenses and reimbursement purpose. Once the card is linked to the system, it auto captures all the receipts and categorize them for easy expense filing. It saves all the input data and is easy to use the different elements. Cons The inital log-in process was a bit cumbersome with the id verification. You have to input a password and send a password key/QR code request to your email, then use a qr code verification and wait for code. After a few tries it was quite easy, but for the less tech saavy employees it was difficult. We understand the need to protect the data though.
