There's not much good I can say about SAP.

Cons

In order to be able to use it you needed to memorize a million special codes to type in at the right times, just to navigate the menus. It was awful.

I enjoy . It makes tracking expenses a breeze. It also has double authentication to protect your information.

Pros

I like because it allows me to keep track of my expenses and submit them at the end of the month. I log my expenses as they occur over the month and it is easy to just submit. Having electronic submissions for expenses makes everything easier because as a consumer I just have to submit then just wait for my reimbursement.

Cons

can be intimidating at first. Once you become familiar with the software it is easier to navigate but at the start it can be confusing and challenging to understand how to create reports and how to claim reimbursements.

Es una aplicación muy fácil de usar y perfecta para gestionar gastos empresariales o reservar viajes de trabajo. Es muy intuitiva y, al llevarla en el móvil, se pueden actualizar los gastos en tiempo real y subir fotos de los tickets o recibos para que el flujo de pago con contabilidad sea rápido.

Cons

Al reservar viajes, a veces te propone una única compañía aérea, a pesar de que otras hagan el trayecto. Desconozco si es una limitación del programa o que forme parte de la configuración de mi empresa.

I have been using for more than 3 years now and I find the application very robust and has got variety of features. There are options to claim all kinds of expenses that you might want to claim. We use SAP Concur to claim all our expenses right from hardware requisitions to travel claims.

Pros

is used for raising the expenses and getting them reimbursed in the most efficient way you can think of. The process is seamlessly automated and the best part is that you are made aware of every development on the expense claim.

Cons

Mostly the tool works absolutely fine but at times we have seen latency issues and in couple of occasions, I had to redo the entire claim process as the entire data was lost.

I really like the ease of tracking and maintaining company expenses in one convenient location. As a company with a large number of employees, this system allows the expenses to be tracked as well as reimbursement to employees for expenses they pay for upfront. The ease of direct deposit to reimburse employees is a great feature of Concur. They also offer an app which I haven't tried yet but have heard all good things about it. The ease of training employees is also a nice benefit as it is a pretty user friendly system.

Pros

You can set it for approval and review needed from their direct manager prior to the reimbursement being issued. The ease of direct deposit to reimburse employees is a great feature of Concur.

I dislike that receipt management at the accounting review level is very limited but other than that, is a very user friendly system that makes it easy to train new employees to use the system.

There are many add on plug ins that are compatible with which makes it easy to solve business needs within the same plug in.

Cons

The customer support portal can be slow to respond to urgent issues, even if you pay extra for service assistant to have a dedicated team.

Pros

We recently started using Concur at work and I organically became the trainer for Concur and our new hires because I just loved using it so much. It's so intuitive and the app is great. I think all companies should use Concur.

Cons

The only issue I really have with Concur is that the options that show up when you're creating a new expense on the website are not the same as on the app. The app is missing the ability to choose your payment source so despite having the awesome camera feature which will attach a receipt to your account, it is still best to create your expenses on the website to ensure you can fill everything out correctly.

Got away from having to do Excel reports but sometimes, especially when you have a lot of mileage, I'd much rather go back to old Excel reporting.

Pros

Anything beats filling out forms or doing excel expense reports. This is a cloud-based solution that has good reporting features. Being cloud-based it is accessible from anywhere and there is a phone app that goes with it. Sadly I don't use that.

Cons

It seemed to take a lot of time to create expense reports especially trip and mileage calculations because you have to use maps with a starting and ending destination and subtract for (from your home to work) when you may already know the mileage for certain trips because you have been making them weekly for year.

Pros

Everything I need to manage business expenses is in one place. It's incredibly easy to create a report or request, and with the help of Concur I can accurately estimate how much the cost of a trip may be and have all of the details in one place. When I return from my trip, being able to simply upload receipts and organize the expenses is incredibly helpful, and takes all of 5 minutes if I have organized my receipts and details well. The workflow is helpful for when mistakes are made or things need to be sent back and forth. Overall it's a seamless product that has made it super easy to manage our teams expenses.

Cons

The only thing I have come across that I don't particularly enjoy is that at our institution, reports cost quite a bit of money to create/submit. We make it a priority to submit as few as possible but sometimes accidents happen or an unplanned expense pops up. IN the gran scheme of things, the cost is not high, but it is there for sure.

Overall, I'm so glad we switched over to this product. I used to dread expense reports so much because they were such a hassle, but this makes it a lot easier and is more efficient.

Pros

This platform is much easier to use than others I've worked with. The fact that transactions from your company credit card automatically load into this makes doing expense reports much less painful.

Cons

There's still some coding in there that I don't understand or fully know what to do with, but I just stick to the ones I do know, and that works for me. I also with it didn't save transactions that were refunds. It still makes you add refunds or over 60 day old transactions to your report.

It saves me a lot of time as each month there are a lot of expenses to be reported and reimbursed. I can sense for employees having to do more travel as part of their job can make more use of the other features as well and the experience using this tool for me is smooth and it solved a big problem. This is so impactful.

Pros

I found the expense report is by far the most useful feature. It helps all of us keep tracking of our expenses and to get them reimbursed and the receipt and approval mechanism is well designed and the corner cases are also taken care of.

Cons

Nothing I can add under Cons. Didn't feel any pain area in this tool

### "Feedback From An Administrator and Trainer"

I've been an Admin/Trainer for Concur since 2005. We've been through a lot of changes together and three different companies who all had a different style of usage for Concur. The one constant issue in 11 years has been imaging. I'm not sure why there are still issues so many years later. Having moved from Excel based expense reports to Concur paperless has been the best move ever. Having the retention right at your finger tips for audits is priceless in its self. With employees have 24 mobile or lap top access has enabled employees around the world to file expenses in a timely manner, no excuses.

Pros

Paperless, pretty user friendly. ExpenseIt

Cons

The imaging and how often it goes down or slows up. I get a LOT of calls on this. I wish it were more adaptable to project billables for your clients that bill their clients. It's hard to pull this information out of Concur easily. Would love to be able to select project reimbursable in images rather than have to print the entire receipt images or hunt and peck. Time consuming

Concur is a solid choice for expense reporting and approval. Only once did I have an issue with my account, and the customer support was highly responsive and resolved my issue quickly.

Pros

I like how a software informs me long before I submit an expense report if there are any compliance issues. The integrated travel planning software also helps plan travel within business constraints. It's easy to link my purchases to receipts in the notifications help me track my expense report through the expensing process.

Cons

The interface is a little dated, with some text and form fields being rather small and hard to see. It would also help if the software clarified what compliance requirements are being met, not just ones that aren't being met.

It's a great tool overall, gives you access to multiple points of information to help run your business.

Pros

Depending on what access you had, SAP would let you pull sales information (orders and invoices) to help manage your daily business. It was also a great way to manage inventory at the plant and the different 3PL's the company is using. It also gave me access to pull my own deduction back-up without going to accounting.

Cons

The software could be slow if it isn't customized correctly to what the company needs are. It also has a steep learning curve for new users.
