### "Mobile friendly software for expense management"

Pros

I liked the ability to upload receipts directly from my mobile device. It was easy to attach them to the expense as it showed up in the system.

Cons

There were instances when booking travel through that the expense would not automatically attach to the travel I had booked through the site. Fixing this feature so that they automatically were connected 100% of the time seems like it should be a given.

Pros

We use Concur at our company to track expenses made by the employees during their travel. The user interface is very easy to get adapted to. You can create requests for your travel needs, quote an amount for different segment of travel - which will then be approved. Similarly, submitting the expenses for claiming them is much easier.

Cons

If there was an inbuilt forex converter for a historical date, then that would simplify a lot of work. Presently we need to get the historical forex rates from some third party website which is not very convenient.

It's really amazing experience with so far, always this application is up to date and easy to use.

Pros

Easy to navigate the tool, with these advanced features we can directly link associated apps to Concur about our claims and receipts can automatically attach to the claim and no need to save them by ourselves.

Cons

If we get the export option for the claims which are approved by us over period would be great

Pros

Is good to manage all your corporate credit card expenses

Cons

I really don't like this app. It takes too long to show the expenses. Also it's not user friendly either the app or in the web browser. Everything is complicated with concur specially if you have a lot of corporate expenses.

Again, it can be complicated and confusing at times but for the most part, it is a great piece of software for tracking and submitting expense reports. You just have to get use to where to go look for next steps sometimes.

Pros

use this software to track and submit expenses. Also use it to submit expenses for candidates' travel. It is a very comprehensive program with all the bells and whistles so you don't miss a beat when doing expense reports. It lets you know when you've omitted something or missed a step and it does a great job of consolidating everything to be submitted. I like that you can make plane and hotel reservations through the system.

Cons

This is not easy software to learn. It took awhile. It's so comprehensive and even after you've been trained on it, you have to search for some things like how do I attach receipts and it can be confusing when you try to submit your report to your A/P department for reimbursement.

I am satisfied with the platform.

Pros

This platform is very user-friendly in both mobile apps and computer website. With the mobile apps, you can post your expense in a minute. It's very quick and easy to keep all of your expenses in one place. You just need to open the app, take the receipt picture and store them in the app until you are ready for your monthly expenses report. Another most like feature is that if you use your company card, it will automatically post the transactions through SAP, you just need to submit the expenses.

Cons

The least like about this software would be the submission process where the software is designed to ask you to fill out couple questions, such as: vender, business purposes, location, etc. This may take some time to click through every single submission, that's why I usually accumulate monthly expenses and do at one time.

Streamlined business expenses, capturing receipts on the go, and maintaining clean accounting for our small business.

Pros

The mobile app is strong. It has all the features that you need to capture your receipts on the go. Gone are the days of sifting through receipts when you are at your desk. Just snap it and go and expense later.

Cons

The reports are just a pain. Expensing is a pain, but in a software I would really like to see credit card scanning and automatic reporting. At least have it guess and check manually if it was correct.

Easy, simple expense submissions.

Pros

I worked at a large organization where we had to turn in expenses by spreadsheet/email. Was so clunky and had so many mistakes. Switched to a new organization using concur and was amazed at how simple the process could be. Sync between phone app and cloud desktop app is great - sometimes I'm out and need a picture with my phone and others I need to upload a file. I like uploading in real-time during the month rather than waiting until the end of the month to hunt down and submit receipts.

Cons

Not many cons - the phone app is a bit more limited than the desktop - can't enter a new vehicle for mileage for example.

It's a good tool for travel logging and reimbursements and such. However, it's complicated to use at first.

Pros

Has all the features that are helpful for travel expenses logging. All the functions are there and once you know how to use it, its a great software.

Cons

It's super complicated, I kept getting error message after error message and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Our administration even gave us a cheat sheet and that wasn't enough to help.

Employee satisfaction, Less work for accounts payables team.

Pros

The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) expense tracking and management tool delivers a comprehensive set of features, which is easy to use and saves time for both employees and accounts payables team. Concur has many user friendly features like the ability to email receipts and the receipts will be automatically available for the employee to submit. Concurs Optical character reading ability is decent. Concur can be integrated with employees hotel rewards, airline rewards, uber accounts, so that all the spend will flow automatically into concur. These features save time and energy. I have known situations where travelling employees travel all the week and instead of spending the weekend time with family, need to spend hours keying in their expenses in outdated tools. With tools like concur it takes less time when compared to traditional tools.

Cons

There is lots of scope for improvement. The tool can be made more user friendly. The reporting aspect can be improved. To do somethings, it requires too many mouse clicks.

It's easy to use and I would recommend Concur Expense to others.

Pros

Concur Experience works for me as an employee and as one who must review other's expenses. The expenses are easy to see what category that are in, and to sort accordingly. Furthermore, doing expenses is easy. Receipts can be taken on the phone and uploaded right to the app.

Cons

The user interface is good and I have not encountered many problems. The itemization could hypothetically be easier, but I haven't used a service that's been easier.

Very Happy - With mobility being a huge part of our culture, Concur is essential to our expense process.

Pros

Concur’s mobile app functionality is best in class. The ability to take a picture of a receipt and upload the image to the expense item is a essential feature. This has greatly reduced the amount of Under reporting we experience. The app is well designed and extremely user friendly.

Cons

The desktop/Web version can sometimes lag in terms of uploading images - It does get somewhat bogged down by any heavy uploads.

Pros

L'application est très facile d'utilisation. Elle permet de rentrer ses notes de frais au fur et à mesure des dépenses, ce qui permet de ne pas en oublier et de se décharger assez régulièrement. Je soumets ensuite mes notes de frais à chaque fin de mois, au moment où la clôture est réalisée dans l'entreprise.

Cons

Il n'est pas possible de renseigner une note de frais avec une date supérieure à celle du moment où la dépense est rentrée.

Dependable, I've already seen it in variety of applications in different companies. As I mentioned before it can differ from company to company and use case to use case, but what is similar is logic, UI and predicability. You quickly can find your way around to do what you need to do.

Pros

is very flexible and can cover limited or very wide business scenarios. It might only be used for travel management or simple expenses reporting as well as for very complexed purposes.

Cons

In past I remember that reload/saving could take a while and it was frustrating but I cannot recall last occurence of this problem. Maybe it was fixed?

Customer is king before signing the contract. Afterwards you are a single number in a huge pool. Installation was very poor in the end. Getting a hold of someone or finding a solution is very cumbersome. If it is out of the Standard it is nearly impossible.

Pros

Perferctly applicable for everyone who does not need any flexiblity.

Cons

After nearly 2 years of signing the contracts the solution has been full of Errors and Bugs. Solutoins are cumbersome and the product is extremely expensive for what it offers.

Concur makes booking trips and processing expenses easy for our team. It streamlines the process and saves time, meaning I can be reimbursed in a timely manner and saves me time when booking a trip.

Pros

Booking and expensing trips both through concur means half the information is there already when I go to process expenses, saving me time and effort when Im tired from a trip.It is so easy to see what travel options are pre-approved by my organisation, making all the steps of a trip as easy as possible.I have never had any issues with expenses going through concur and all receipts can be easily uploaded.

Cons

Concur is a little bit confusing for a new user, especially if you are not familiar with processing expenses.Despite this, it is quickly picked up with a little bit of guidance from a more experienced user.

Pros

I work under a loan officer who I expense all receipts for and this application has greatly reduced the confusion of what we expense and how it is filed. I was easily able to figure out the program with no training necessary and have had no issues that have required support to step in. Everything is straight forward and works great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a program to help manage their budget.

Cons

The only problem I do have is not having the option to search for specific expense reports. You have to go under your history of past expenses and sift through your most recent ones in search for what you are looking for.

Overall, the Concur app is okay; though it doesn't have nearly the functionality the desktop website does. The app is not the most intuitive and often runs into problems if the user uploads the receipt to the report without first creating the expense.

Pros

The ability to quickly upload a receipt is a great feature, and you can complete an entire expense report using only the app.

Cons

I prefer to use the website version of Concur on my computer because way more can be seen at once than in the app. The app only has basic features for creating a report, but lacks the ability to see inactive reports (such as accessing old reports to see what you last submitted for expenses). The app could also have more directions as far as how to use it.

Frankly, customer service is not very good. When I encounter a problem, whoever I contact is not very interested in my problem. I almost always solved my problems myself.
