### "best travel booking program!"

Pros

Initially I felt that the system was a bit difficult to use because there just seemed to be a lot of steps that I wasn't accustomed to. However, after using Concur to schedule and book my travel for work, I found that it is an invaluable tool when it comes to booking travel.

Cons

Concur can be configured and it's up to the organization to set up travel policy. Sometimes these travel policies are difficult to understand but it's not Concur's fault.

### "Concur Expenses, from a non-accountant"

Pros

The ability to transfer expenses from booked travel itineraries made reporting so easy. The "quick expense" feature, where you could input multiple of the same kind of expense was great too.

Cons

I would've liked a feature confirming the invoice/expense report was submitted/received/approved etc.

### "Smooth process for claiming expenses"

Being able to record my expenses as they happen.

Pros

Having an app so I can record my expenses as I go, speeds up my claims no end. I used to save up a month or so and it would take me ages to go through and add them all in, now I can record them as I go on the go. The app lets you take pictures of your receipts as well which is great.

Cons

The last time I used it there seemed to be an issue with booking business mileage as the option was missing - still with the desktop version was as it should be.

### "Concur makes Expense Reports Better"

Pros

The ExpenseIt app combined with the Concur app allow employess to take photos of their receipts (the QR scanner is over 80% accurate!), have their expense info auto-populated and easily transferred to an expense report all from your phone! This has been a gamechanger for our employees who work in the field/outside of the office. The software is also very accurate and within the first three months paid for itself by identifying expenses that were submitted multiple times for the same thing in different months.

Cons

Initial setup can be quite tricky and more time-consuming than the initial sales-pitch stated. We really don't like the billing structure, especially the fact that we get charged anytime an employee hits the submit button, even if we've instructed them not to. Also, the salespeople constantly pitch "free months" of service to try some of the additional products, but the "free" month always ends up being the implementation month, so you don't even have a chance to try the service during that time.

I have been travelling a bit in my last company, for some client meetings and even a teambuildibg, and this software helped us to save a lot of time and effort in order to have my expenses refunded.

Pros

The best, in my opinion, is how the payment pipeline is built. I just upload all the expenses and evidences, there are some alerts that management can configure, then the expenses are approved and, finally, there is a team that manages the bank transfer.

Cons

The user interface feels a bit outdated, but in my experience all SAP applications have this kind of problem.

Excellent, has done my trips easier, and my expense reports easier to do and to track

Pros

When I travel I hate to storage receipts and then put them together for my expense report, this software lets you just take a picture, and you make your expense to the card you have on the system, so the charge comes into the system automatically and you just need to take a picture, and that is easier, you do not need to carry any paper, and it is easier to make a expense report, and everything is in order. Also I love the fact that it pre fill the forms based on the info on the spend on your card, so it also save you time when doing your expense reports

Cons

Some times it take to much time for the charge of the spend to appear on the report, also sometimes the place in where you did your purchase is not updated properly, so you need to do it manually

This is a very user friendly platform to track, organize, and submit key expenses and book business travel in one place.

Cons

Not a lot that I can think of at this time, it is a pretty sound product and nothing that I have been needing to do has not been available with this tool.

Pros

Concur covers everything needed for expense management. The solution allows end users to gather and complete all travel and expense needs.

Cons

A downside and improvement option I see with concur is allowing end users to submit estimates for approval. At my current company whenever we are traveling to conferences and training there is a need to submit an estimate for approval. With the way concur works it technically has to be manually done and not through the system itself.

I'm glad my company left it. We switched to a new -more modern- system and It takes a fraction of the time to generate expense reports.

Pros

When I needed a reimbursement, My employer would recognize the request and I would get paid. Bare minimum task competition.

Cons

Practically everything. There were very few easy moments and definitely no automation opportunities. If I had recurring payments each month, I was told to rely on a copy-and-paste method. That is a process we were happy with 10 years ago.

Overall, it is an effective tool with a wide variety of features, and there is also an app which very convenient for users. Security is not a concern and is very efficient tool for organizations.

Pros

Expense management has been simplified in this tool, such as uploading receipts, entering amount for reimbursement, and even to manage all the expenses is very effective. Reconciling the expenses is good.

Cons

It can also use optical character recognition to automatically enter the details from the receipts instead of letting the user to enter all the details.

### "Business Expensing Made Easy"

Pros

I use Concur on a weekly and daily basis. I due all my business expensing from Credit Card Reconciliation to travel arrangements and mileage reporting. Concur has simplified the process with having built in map questing to make it easier and faster to submit. They even have a mobile application that allows you to upload your receipts in real time.

Cons

Getting used to the program is the hardest part but once you do it a couple times you'll realize how great Concur is.

Keeps track of my expenses and keep my receipts in one place. Easy to send my expense report at the end of the month to be approved.

Cons

Not very intuitive. You cant enter expenses in advance. Hard to save receipts from the computer version, its easier from the phone app.

### "Easy on the go"

Expense reports are much easier to do while on the road.

Pros

Concur is easy for us to use to create expense reports while we're on the road. It's useful to input receipts and notes right at the time of expense, rather than submitting paper forms.

Cons

The UI is a little clunky for the end user. It's also cumbersome that if there is a change request at any point in the process, the expense report gets sent back to the user and has to go through the entire chain of approvals again.

Facilitates a lot the management for travel and spend expenses, much easier for remote teams where the approval is well documented and saved in the reports

Pros

It is easy to use and to define your approval workflow, specifying messages and notifications to the right person. Also has really good analytical reports for management.

Cons

The mobile app is not too accurate in terms of make photos to the expenses and complete automatically the cost, items, taxes etc. Also different currencies is not easy to contemplate using this mobile tool.

Like I said, it gets the job done. Things are not explained well within the program and it has a higher learning curve than software should be for time entry, expense reporting, etc. There are some minor changes they could make as mentioned above that would take this from mid-grade software to excellent software.

Pros

I can't say I particularly like anything about it. It gets the job done.

Cons

For software that is set up to look like a spreadsheet, why can't I copy and paste from Microsoft Excel or from a different spreadsheet application? Having to manually enter in each cell is a huge pain and a total waste of time. SAP needs to get with the times and update their software so it is more user friendly and streamlined.

Overall my experience has been pretty good. I really like the application and will continue to use it and would definitely recommend it to others.

Pros

I have used this tools several times for business trips. This is a very good software to reserve hotels, rental cars or flights at a negotiated rate/price. It also allows you to submit receipts for the same including mileage, food expenses and other business expenses incurred during a trip. This tool also allows to expense food bills when multiple employees are part of a meal. The tools also keeps you in check to follow set company policies. Once the expense report is prepared it goes through an approval process before being closed out. This software can be used on laptop/desktop and an app is also available for phones.

Cons

It would be preferable if there can be improvements made to review previous reports in a easier method. Also if uploading of receipts (some receipts need to be scanned manually) can be made easier that would expedite the filing of the expense reports.

Overall I love Concur, It makes everything easier and I know our AP department loves it also.

Pros

With concur I can take a picture of a receipt with my phone and submit my expense tespotbright from my phone, it last very easy to use. Keeps your history, let you know when your expenses were approved, and because I can immediately upload my receipts by taking a photo I no longer have to try to keep up with all the paper receipts, or also calculates mileage for you when you enter the to & from address. Since we have been using concur I receive my expense checks quicker and no longer have to keep folders with receipt copies. This has been wonderful

Cons

I don’t really have any drawback. My only issue would be for some reason my account is linked to some old expenses from 2013 prior to me being with the company and I have not figured out how to get them off.

Nothing. This product is counterintuitive, poorly designed and so very difficult to use, and refuses to allow corrections to entered data.

Pros

Honestly, the main things that customers who used this software called about was password changes and making sure documents got scanned properly. That tells me that this was very easy to use. In my department, at least, I don't think I ever got any calls about the software not working. When I did go into the program, I found it very user-friendly.

Cons

I don't think I used it enough to find anything negative.
