Much easier than filling out a spreadsheet or something similar Pros The auto expense feature is really useful, it loads expenses from your company card in automatically and you just add the receipts. Allows multiple reports per month and seems to be approved and gets payments processed quickly. Cons Can be a little buggy and clunky sometimes with long page refreshes when making changes. Pros is an amazing tool for employee expense management. It keeps the user aware of different stages of payment processing. Cons While the web is really agile and friendly, the mobile interface can get a bit trcicky to negotiate. We had this company with us for about 5 years. It simplified our intake process and launched us into another level. Pros I loved the fact that you can save receipts inside of the application, You can later look for them amongst the saved files and pull what you needed. Cons I didn't like that concor was ver specific with what image files it received and how when you uploaded and used receipts, it wouldn't delete them but you have to manually delete each one. My personal preference is Expensify, but this is a good solution overall. Pros Good mobile app which makes it easy to capture receipts with your phone camera. Concur scans the receipts and fills in the details. You can also forward any email receipts. Cons It is my 2nd favorite expense report app behind Expensify. I trained several employees on how to use it with ease. Pros I thought it was easy to use the desktop and app for all expenses needed. I never needed to reach out to customer support for help. It has also accelerated our approval process allowing for expenses to be paid in a more timely manner. Pros We have used for a couple of years now and it has made our expense reporting fast and easy. The photos on the go for receipts has been invaluable. Cons The only thing I don't like about is to have to do a header report summary. February 15, 2026 3.0 I have had to use excel sheets, other websites and paper to do expenses and it was always so time consuming, SAP really saves time and effort. Pros I like that Sap allows me to upload all my receipts at once and then ties them to my expenses. It makes it was less tedious than other expense reports. Pros It is easy to file expense reports. Everything is clear and easy to understand helping to get things processed quickly. Cons I had a technically issue arise that would not let me attach an expense to a specific report. That ended up delaying the report by a few days but the issue was eventually solved.
