### "changed the expense game for me"

Pros

I only use this tool for completing my work expenses now. I love how easy it is to add a receipt and reports are auto-generated based on preference I set up. No more manually emailing photos of hundreds of receipts to myself!

Cons

I wish there was a way to capture a receipt and have fields auto generated based on the info on the receipt

### "Easy to Use but Not Always Reliable"

Pros

It has a very clean, simple design, and I appreciate the audit and approval trails to know what step the expense is in within a large corporation.

Cons

It’s slow to upload receipt images since they must be done individually. The website also has periods where it is unavailable and doesn't work. It usually comes back within 12-24 hours.

I find using Concur in my job to be very helpful. It helps contribute to a paperless environment, and is helpful with keeping track of payments made and payments pending. Overall it has helped keep our office organized.

Pros

Our company uses Concur to set up payments to vendors. It is easy to use, and it helps with going paperless. You upload your invoices into Concur and set up payments. I find it is easier to scan/upload invoices as you receive them, one at a time; otherwise it can be a little overwhelming if you scan and upload many invoices all at once. Easy to keep track of payments made, and payments pending.

Cons

Trying to locate saved vendors can be a little tricky at times. You have to enter the EXACT name of the vendor in order for the system to locate it.

### "Has Changed My Life"

Pros

Very efficient. Very intuitive. Very powerful. As an end user Concur has saved me hours of work.

Cons

It is difficult to override certain auto functions. For example, my account is linked to my company credit card, but only reimburses part of my phone bill -- no way to override that so I have to enter separately. Not too many negatives.

has helped me to submit my business transactions from business-related expenses or trips, so that I have been able to be adequately reimbursed.

Pros

I appreciated it that I had to have a password on my phone before I was able to use the app. I simply would take a picture of any receipt in order to record my business transactions, which allowed me to keep everything organized when I need to submit to my company.

Cons

It was a bit challenging at first to understand the app and how to use it, as far as how to submit and how to organize each transaction.

Concur is a awesome tool do electronically submit your expense report that you connect you credit card to simply and improve the reporting process and they also go digitaly to the approver a very expedited system.

Pros

This tool is a great tool for expense reporting, and keeping all your expenses in one location as when you make a purchase when you are traveling you can make a photo of the receipt and it is kept in the app until you add your expense to a report that is ready to submit. Very well organized tool for expense reporting and also to be able to link your credit card to the App and all expenses automatically export to concur.

Cons

I can not share a con as the App provides me with everything that I need to fulfill a expense report with out a paper trailer.

### "Brings expense reporting into the modern era"

Pros

Concur has constantly updated and improved the overall expense reporting workflow. Traditionally expense reporting is very cumbersome having to deal with lots of paperwork and photocopying of receipts. Concur enables you to take a snapshot of your receipt with your cell phone and it will figure out all the expense details and fill them in accordingly. Afterwards it's a matter of creating your expense report and pulling in the relevant expenses. OCR is pretty decent unless your receipt is in some strange format. As a SaaS, the performance is quite good as I've never had any issues. Reporting works well, you can filter based on various parameters and customize reports based on your requirements.

Cons

When using for booking, It does take a bit of time to pull up all available flights / hotels. For flights, this might be because there is a dependency on Sabre. Compared to Google Flights, the search executes much more slowly.

Pros

I personally use Concur to submit expense reports and to book travel for our other locations. The expense report side is easy to use. It is very simple to add receipts and also categorize your expenses appropriately. The system keeps you updated as your expenses go through the approval process, which is great.

Cons

We had major problems booking vehicles through Concur. We tried to book 15 passenger vans at two different locations, and both times we were called by the vehicle rental place days before the booking that there were no more vans available. While this is not totally Concur's fault, I feel that there should be some ownership there. We had to scramble last minute and make reservations outside of Concur to get our vans on a weekend the day before we had 30+ visitors arriving. Additionally, Concur's vehicle search does not show all available options. We called Concur and were told there were no rentals in the area but were able to find 2 at the local airport. Beware if you're using for travel purposes.

Pros

Ease of use. We use Concur to track the expenses of our employees and what categories they fall into.

Cons

If an employee does not designate an expense delegate, it could take some time to figure out ef expenses are catagorized correctly.

Pros

It makes expense tracking so much easier to deal with, has lots of options and makes it easy to assign costs to different projects.

Cons

Could have the option to copy over details from expense to expense as there are times when you are expensing the same thing for different days and it is just time-consuming inputting everything back in again.

Expense reporting gets easier all the time! Due to frequent travel, I often use the mobile app for snapping photos of receipts immediately after purchases. As long as I'm faithful with recording/annotating expenses immediately, the end-of-month process is a breeze. Highly recommend.

Pros

With a few taps, I'm able to enter purchase notes, categorize the purchase, etc. At month-end, almost all my work is done! With Concur's integration with our travel service, hotel receipts & airline & rental tickets receipts are often imported automatically. What's not to like?

Cons

We are forced to break out and itemize all taxes and fees at hotels, for every night, but I'm not sure if this is my company's business requirement, or a Concur feature.

Stress, anxiety, frustration, confusion. I have found it best to get reservations independently and add them to concur. Otherwise, you will end up in some remote hotel that's under construction with a skeleton staff and that's your new home for six months.Concur could and should suck a lot less.

Pros

I don't like the software at all and would rather make my own reservations with user-friendly apps that give helpful and accurate descriptions of the properties. Concur is just bad.

Cons

I have been using Concur for three years now - this software can be user-friendly, but it seems no one wanted that option. If you call for help with a problem, no one knows how to help. Went to my travel office for help and they couldn't help me either. Also, there should be a filter for hotels with kitchens and kitchenettes - That's two different filters. If your authorization gets returned for any reason, it's almost always better to just start anew than try to fix the problem.

It was easy for me as a user, and it was easy for the business since we used SAP for our ERP.

Pros

The best thing was all expenses were automatically tracked and organized. So it was easy to create the monthly expense report.

Cons

There is a lot of functionality I didn't use. I didn't use it mainly because I didn't need it to do my job.

Overall, I found the product to be quite easy to use and useful for submitting expense reports and getting reimbursed. I like the deep integration into my company's business card program, which makes importing expenses on a business card automatic.

Pros

Overall, the app is pretty good at submitting expense reports. The mobile receipt uploading feature is excellent, especially since my company has a very convoluted way of logging into a work email. Uploading directly from pictures is both super convenient and pretty accurate, and SAP also does a good job of cropping the receipts to maximize the text size. I also like the automated risk analysis has, which can speed up the approval of expense reports significantly.

Cons

Although is a great platform, it still has it's little quirks, especially within the mobile version. For example, the app will not save certain data that is entered before attaching a picture; you first must save the entered information then snap a picture. Besides some small quality of life improvements that could be made, SAP Concur is generally quite good.

Pros

Mit gefällt zum Beispiel, dass ich bei der Reisebuchung auch eine Kartenansicht in der Hotelauswahl habe und unter mehreren Optionen bei der Hotelauswahl wählen kann

Cons

Die Abrechnung einer Reise finde ich nicht ausreichend strukturiert und unübersichtlich, wenn man es nicht täglich macht. Es ist leider nicht selbsterklärend und man wird nicht durch ein Abrechnungsmenü geführt.

had an incredible user interface— there was never any question about where or when to input expense details like what the expense was for, from which department, with which colleagues, etc. There was a clear area to upload receptions AND consistent automatic notifications about the status of your reimbursement (like if it was approved by your manager), which was fantastic.

Cons

No cons come to mind for as a user. It was great.

Powerful with many integrations, but a less-than-perfect user experience.

Pros

Integrations with things like tripit and uber make automating some tasks a breeze. The ability to search for flights the fit with company policy.

Cons

A lot of the receipt image integrations don't always work quite right. The trip booking works but is clunky. Overall the system is difficult to use.

There is ton of customization available for your business. Takes some time to get used to, but then it is a very easy software to navigate.

Cons

Support was fairly easy to work with, they just took a lot of time to respond. Sometimes it takes weeks for an issue to get resolved.
