It saves all the input data and is easy to use the different elements. Cons The inital log-in process was a bit cumbersome with the id verification. You have to input a password and send a password key/QR code request to your email, then use a qr code verification and wait for code. After a few tries it was quite easy, but for the less tech saavy employees it was difficult. We understand the need to protect the data though. January 22, 2025 5.0 Overall a good system to use and manage expenses. The system is very user friendly and the whole process is seamless. Pros The best thing about SAP Concur is that it is very easy to use and to manage the expenses and reimbursement purpose. Once the card is linked to the system, it auto captures all the receipts and categorize them for easy expense filing. Personally, I find the mobile version to be much more user friendly for submitting expense reports specifically. Pros My favorite aspect of the product is that the mobile application is convenient and easy to use. Cons At times, uploading receipts/finding uploaded receipts can been somewhat cumbersome. Pros Concur makes it a straightforward task to submit your expense report. The interface is intuitive, and allows for uploading receipts and other documentation to support your expense. The mobile app is great for uploading images of receipts on the go. Approvals are easier, because the reports are electronically forwarded to each level of approval required. Cons I found navigating to a prior expense report in SAP Concur was not user-friendly, but I figured it out. It requires several clicks to see a past report. It is relatively easy and intuitive to navigate. There are occasionally issues, but never show-stopping. Pros I like that I can book all my business travel through one singular platform. I also like that I can book personal travel here as well. In addition, I like that I have the ability to link up my loyalty programs. Cons Sometimes logging in is not easy (before my company turned on SSO). I also don't like that it is a little difficult to tell which rooms won't give points. You have to hover over the room to make sure that you are selecting one that will count. I one time booked 2 weeks at a Marriott and didn't get any points because it wasn't straightforward. The fact that there is an app makes it much easier to not loose receipts/tax invoices. Very positive across the whole business. Pros The ease of use, the fact that people can use it on the mobile phone, the fact that there is an app on Appstore and Android store for it! Cons The cost is maybe high but I guess you pay for good quality software! I have only used it three times maybe four. Pros I have used Concur two or three times now and find it easy to learn and easy to use. It is intuitive and has things pre-populated which I liked. Takes a little time to get use to some of the features but overall a great product for business. Pros Usability to enter mileage, travel, dinners or business meals. The ability to itemize a bill between multiple employees. Cons This last update changed things up a bit and threw me for a loop finding everything again, but that usually happens when things update. The flight booking could be better, but it does the job. As a user, the updates have improved my experience, but it's still a little clunky. Pros Good to keep track of travel bookings and expenses in one place. I also like that they have a mobile app for taking pictures of receipts. Cons A bit confusing to use - I'm not sure whether I'm getting the most out of it. Same with the mobile app. Also finding flights within the software has improved, but it still takes a lot of clicking around to find the best (or most reasonable) option. Pros It was very easy to complete my expense report. It allowed me to take pictures of the receipts for record keeping and approval. It was also very easy to cancel a trip if needed to when the pandemic hit. Cons There seemed to be an issue at times where the pictures of some receipts would just disappear and I would have to double check they were still on the report before submitting it. The software guide you through what to plug-in for each category and provides tips and hints in order to get your expense reports submitted and approved swiftly. Pros The software keeps all expense and receipts, perfectly tracked and accessible. The software integration allows for auto-filling information for each expense, which takes the majority of the brain work away from completing all expense reports.
